Just saying there’s way too much we’re still missing from this story.
I have a theory on Pred. If the gambling accusations are true, and him saying “gamble responsibly is important” on stream, it makes me think that he got into trouble with the wrong people. He didn’t pay his debts, and got a beating, it would explain why he had no camera on when he was on stream, and the quick exit from the states. Optic have not abandoned him, they are protecting him. That’s the reason taking all social media/business ties down. @@94nolofalse. Both Pred and others in the org (even Nadeshot) have said they’re on good terms and the only reason they unfollowed him was bc he’s simply not on the team/org anymore
Nade is 100% correct. Pred is basically untouchable right now without any additional information. If I’m ownership or a GM, I’m calling up Hector and I’m asking exactly what happened, the extent of what happened, and how much damage was done. Pred may be a free agent, but I’m not giving $200,000 to a guy that’s gonna be borrowing money from his teammates in a month. I definitely wouldn’t put him on a high-end roster either. I think seeing how people got so far into the rabbit hole on the match fixing and beating on cdl games yet it seems like all that was just rumors has made me kinda realize noone knows what the hell they are talking about
Untouchable by top teams, no way faze or LAT are risking it with Pred even if they get dead last. Can see c9 and bottom teams still taking the risk, everyone in the community knows what’s going on so if no one pick him up then that’ll be alarming imo
As someone who doesn’t miss a Shotzzy’s stream. I want to clarify a few things. 1.The stream where pred was asking for Shotzzy’s phone was when they did the OpTic plays rank stream. Pred said his phone was saying it couldn’t read the SIM card. So he was asking Ant for his phone so he could put his SIM card in the phone to see if it worked. That was over 3 weeks ago 2. Pred was at Shotzzy’s house on Sunday after the c9 game. In this stream Shotzzy mentions Pred was in counseling. He didn’t say for what. 2. Pred’s last stream before leaving was at the heczquarters and he was happy that he was finally about to get his apartment. He streamed past 2 am the next morning he was gone. 3. The vator thing had nothing to do with Pred. Someone in chat had asked Shotzzy if he still talked to him and why not.
Can people not see that OpTic haven’t addressed anything in regards to Pred because at the time it wasn’t their story to tell? Call me wrong but this might just be something we’ve all taken way too far and simply just Pred wanting to step away for a while. Sometimes people don’t want help from others and want to deal with it themselves
What’s not said is just as important as what is said, to me. If that was the case, why the reaction his name got on Scump’s stream? Why no acknowledgment of his contribution or well wishes by the org on any socials? Why did his comment about hoping to return not get any likes or comments by any pro players? That’s not how the league has responded to anyone else who is genuinely stepping away, of their own volition, to deal with personal stuff.
@ yeah, and the reaction was totally different. Got an official thank you and farewell tweet from the org. His own tweet explaining why got loads of comments and replies of support from other pro’s. That’s what I’m saying - when players step away for personal reasons, it’s never radio silence unless there is more to the story.
Pred is a talented player but personally I don't think the majority of the teams will want to pick him up now cos hes going to be seen as too much of a risk and without a full explanation as to what happened he's got no chance. And i dont think this is all to do with gambling he's been partying hard for a while now and wouldnt be surprised if alot of stuff has been going up his nose
13:18 this is interesting to say the least…if this happened maybe the reason why OpTic wouldn’t say anything is because they trying to save Pred’s reputation or something
I feel like Pred is speaking so positively about all the OpTic guys out of fear that if it looked like he was taking sides against them, they would air out his dirty laundry
@@xrphoenix7194this is exactly what it is bc both sides have said there’s no bad blood between them lmao. Even Nadeshot said the org and Pred are on good terms
My tin foil hat conspiracy says maybe it’s an SA case and that’s why no one from optic is saying anything. I hope it isn’t that but that is one way an org would just wipe you from existence imo.
Its makes sense that OpTic would be making this approach if they tried to help him with the problem which he denied and it cause him to crash out when they invested tons into him and then he allows that problem to blow up the team who has been all in on the year and letting them all down.
If someone was gambling on CDL matches or even their own team, how would you expect an Org to behave? I’d argue it would be the exact way OpTic have, which tells me it’s more than likely something like that. Solely mental health issues just doesn’t add up at all.
Not if there’s no more transparency, as Nade said. No team is going to even consider it, regardless of skill, if they don’t get a concrete answer from the org on what actually happened.
I think Optic not saying anything has a lot to do with trying to save Pred's career. If the league finds out he might be out lifetime ban. I think people had it right from the start gambling on cod matches racking up debt with people around him and in the community etc. Thats a bad look for any Org. Pred in his stream sounded like he didn't want to say because he already knows the outcome. Trying to stay in the grace of the community for as long as he can. I was an addict once I remember how I thought back then. I hope I'm wrong tbh
My guess Pred breached contract some sort of way. Pred decided to dip back to Australia without informing anyone on team. Practice day came around and Pred was no where to be found and screwed over the team
This situation is so weird. What happens if huke does terrible at major 1. If what pred saying is the full truth it sounds like the team has no problem with him do they just drop huke for pred. But I don’t think pred is telling the full story and optic as a business will never tell the full story.
Pred has 100% been to/started therapy/counseling. Hes using a ton of buzz words used in that setting. Mental health, addiction, gambling etc. The therapy for all of these are pretty similar.
Addiction and gambling isn’t buzzwords. Mental health may be.. when men stopped being men is when this whole mental health bs started.. apparently everyone who has any type of problems has mental health problems and should go cry to a fcking shrink… gtfoh 😂😂
if it depression, this is not a joke. I struggled with it for years and it took a toll on my soccer carrier. Hope its not that. Wish him all the best....
So pred doesn’t owe an explanation for the things that transpired over the last month but he wants a team to take a chance on him and wants to be back in the league ?? Dude says he doesn’t owe anyone anything but wants a org to take him at his word even tho he was just dropped from the biggest org without explanation??? This isn’t how stuff in the real world works , you can’t just take take take and give nothing in return , being untruthful just makes it worst for pred cuz we all know he’s not giving the full story and using “I don’t owe you anything or need to explain anything” as a crutch isn’t a good look , tells me that whatever it is that made optic come to the decision is more serious then just a mental health breakdown . When you mesh the lines between reality and speculation you just leave people more confused and looking for more answers ….. be truthful , you owe it to all the fans that put you in that position and supported you
Am I the only one, but the pred situation really has me so sad like bro really came into the league and ran shit :/ the league needs people like him, scrap, shotzzy, hydra ect. :/
I think it’s very clear…..OpTic have done what they have done because there is obvious evidence to suggest that he was betting on CDL matches. As the investigation goes on, I assume they can’t talk about it.
@@NathanRFMuir that’s the thing I don’t think the investigation is complete. Or there is little evidence to support. All assumptions in my end, but seems like OpTic have. Clear idea of what was done and don’t want to be caught up in any legal cross fire hence the sudden drop/removal of Pred.
There is still a lot of missing info OpTic probably won’t ever share to protect their Brand and Reputation. I sense some bad tension between some of the players, especially Ken. Any org would announce recovery/support on letting go of him, even with Sponsorship to fan duel.
Can’t be just bad chem, to get rid of him like that implies something really bad went on… Teammates usually fight and they work on it but to drop the guy you just won a ring with out of nowhere it’s so weird
Radio silence from the org and his teammates and other players and the allegations floating around leads me to believe that he owes people money and that they were finally fed up and tired of it and wanted their money back and it was creating conflict within the team.
That’s what I don’t understand.. apparently Skyz replied to his post but it’s no longer there, and Puckett did, which is still there.. but why has not a single current player tweeted to say anything, not a single “can’t wait to see you back” or anything.. which if it was mental health, you’d expect the replies to be flooded with everyone wishing him well. None of it adds up & just further escalates the idea that it’s not what he’s saying it is.
The problem with Pred to C9 is that Mack and Kremp are the only 2 players playing well. Both Sib and Attach are dropping stinkers left and right and pred ain’t an AR. I feel like it would be an injustice to pull him in with 2 other players playing at bottom of the league level. C9 is my favorite team too, just telling it like it is.
13:18 this post could potentially make sense. Imagine if Pred took Shotzzy’s phone and sent money to himself after borrowing it… if you start messing with other people’s cash (like borrowing and not paying back, ending up in debt to players/friends) it’s a terrible look.
Ok COD community didn’t we learn from all the speculation about him betting on his own games and losing on purpose. That was ridiculous but the rumor ran wild. Stop speculating! The COD community is horrible with people that think they know everything and spread rumor. So immature. It’s up to the player or team to talk about it. Not for you to guess what’s going on.

Still no statement from optic? Huke just appears on the lineup and thats it. I dont expect any details of the private matter but id expect optic of all orgs to at least say "farewell" or "thanks" or "huke will be stepping in to replace pred" you dont need to read his sins aloud to the fans, but NOTHING is kinda wild
It sucks OpTic is always so “for the brand” and so protective of its name. I get it but at the same time It sucks for the fans in situations like this who just want transparency, I feel like it’s hindered their growth overall as an eSports Org. Esp compared to FaZe, who is much more transparent/real about addressing controversy as an Org, compared to OpTic. It just leaves the fans with their heads shaking.
What happens to someone if the NDA that they signed, with their ability to relinquish the truth of the crime that they have witnessed? .. . ... .... .... ........
You are the first cod reporting personality to mention the monetary cost and I was thinking that from the start. Pred is a top player in the league probably on 100k+ a year. They have to pay huke a decent salary I'd assume or else he would go somewhere else possibly. So is it surprising they release him. Also I wonder if it has anything to do with sponsors after the gambling accusations
Oh no, not Rab on the "them being silent is a bad look" train. Theres PR. Theres sponsors. Theres money to be made and rosters still needing to be signed in Halo. Theres bill that need to be paid. Or he could bet on Cricket if he knows anything about that Sport.. But if he streams again before the next CoD match is, then he def owes people money
Just throwing out an idea, nothing is confirmed just something I thought of. Is it a possibility Optic gave Pred money to say everything? Assuming Pred is in big debt (not confirmed) but while everything was going on, Optic was pretty quiet, Pred was silent, and then all of a sudden Pred comes out and says only good things about Optic and says people tried helping him but he didn't take it? Optic does not look bad at all from this story. I'm not saying Optic is supposed to look bad, but it all kinda just falls perfectly for them no? If he does have a gambling addiction, Pred is the most logical or self aware addict we've seen. And then he's trying to come back so soon too? Shottzy and Scump seem to have bad opinions on him too, idk seems like it all played out perfectly for Optic. At the very least whatever Pred did say on stream was definitely discussed with Optic before he went live.
Also, I feel like if it was just an addiction ( not downplaying it) but I feel like there would've been more support from Optic memebers. At least some even some cliche tweets like "Sending love, thanks for playing for us, hope you recover" or something like that no? Guess we just gotta wait for more information.
I got a theory that seems to make sense to me. I think H3CZ bought AG out of his contract. Gave pred's parents the money to clear his debts and sent him home to get some mental clarity and go to counseling if need be. Which seems like he does need counseling. What you think? This is my best case scenario 😥

he said people tried to help him so maybe they are irritated with him for not being upfront and shit this isnt this difficult to process on either side OpTic is probably pissed and Pred is embarrassed that simple
isn't this league supposed to be professional? has no one ever heard of a leave of absence? in the US, leaving for mental health issues would qualify as a medical leave of absence. So was optic not willing to support that? something's not adding up here lol
Optic just made an announcement. Based off hecs saying they are all good and he is in constant contact with him. Sounds like pred may have gottan caught up with the wrong people and might be in some sort of danger. Because removing from promo but still in contact and still homies with one another is very odd
Sorry but replace Huke for Pred if he comes back ffs lol Huke is just not the guy for Optic. He is like Shotzzy but worse, when he has luck he's making plays, but more than half of the games he plays he's getting farmed making it harder for Shotzzy to make his plays. Look how insane Shotzzy was when we had Pred
Mate your being part of the problem... Rather than help spreding random information and making assumptions, you could be causing harm that you don't even understand.

@@rileydavis6395Not exactly. You can VPN to Stake & other sites. I had a boy out in Texas & he was betting alongside me on his own account, with Bet365.. which is an outlawed book in all but 10 of the States.
It just doesn't make sense to talk about returning when you just left because of "mental health" reasons. Shouldn't his focus be on getting better first, once you're better then maybe think about a return. Something just isn't adding up here.
Believe it or not optic is quiet because they don't want to ruin pred career and reputation.
They cant give him a goodbye?
@anthonyorozco1218 I worked for a painting company once where this one guy in the company who was a really good painter but he keep coming late and taking days off.. leave early sometimes. He got lot of warnings.

@@anthonyorozco1218then people will be wondering Why.
partially. but they unfollowed him because he's not on good terms with the org (or their sponsors)
He needs to go to a shitty team and kind of be an obscurity for a while.
Fred 😂😂 gotta love autocorrect
U can’t push Pred into obscurity in the CoD scene idc what anyone says bro is absolutely him and whatever team he goes to is going to be a threat and he’s going to be right back to the top of the SMG power rankings
@@CallMeKakarot-nu3lbikr, comments like that dudes are so faded. The dude was overal 7th last year, won champs like every team stands to get better with him on the roster, even thieves given envoy is clearly the weakpoint on that roster.
All pred has to do is show hes got a plan in place, sorted out his life etc and orgs are absolutely gonna offer him
Hell at this rate i reckon he could even land back on optic, people talk about how optic have banished him but like he couldve just simply asked for radio silence from them and to say absolutely nothing, which they as an org are going to respect and not speak on it.
He ain’t going to a shitty team just cause you want him to bruh he’s damn near top 5 at his peak
There’s a LOT more to this story. And we’ll probably never get it.
And why should you? Why do you think you’re entitled to?

@@jordansmith5712they made it public? So I’d say that would make it the. Public’s business
That was over 3 weeks ago
This guy constantly spreads fake narrative and lies for clicks
Can people not see that OpTic haven’t addressed anything in regards to Pred because at the time it wasn’t their story to tell? Call me wrong but this might just be something we’ve all taken way too far and simply just Pred wanting to step away for a while. Sometimes people don’t want help from others and want to deal with it themselves
That’s a good point pred could’ve said he didn’t want them bringing it to light but idk
@@lukehbMack literally did the same thing last year
@ yeah, and the reaction was totally different. Got an official thank you and farewell tweet from the org. His own tweet explaining why got loads of comments and replies of support from other pro’s. That’s what I’m saying - when players step away for personal reasons, it’s never radio silence unless there is more to the story.
Props to you for being a sane one. There’s very few of us left….
Let’s not forgot Optic realllly wanted this guy on their team for a couple of years. Hecz reallllly wanted Pred. Cut loose with no comment is crazy.
13:18 this is interesting to say the least…if this happened maybe the reason why OpTic wouldn’t say anything is because they trying to save Pred’s reputation or something
Idk why anyone would assume he stole from one of his best friends when I’m sure he could ask him or hecz for anything and they would do it
Shockz and Fighta still battling it out in challengers is wild. Those guys have been around since at least Ww2.
Way before that dude they been here since advanced warfare my guy
@ either way, those guys are crazy because is anyone ever giving them a shot again? I don’t think they’ve had a spot since the cdl was created
I feel like Pred is speaking so positively about all the OpTic guys out of fear that if it looked like he was taking sides against them, they would air out his dirty laundry
True bro
Or maybe they're his friends and did him no wrong?
@@xrphoenix7194 talking more about Hecz and the org
@@xrphoenix7194this is exactly what it is bc both sides have said there’s no bad blood between them lmao. Even Nadeshot said the org and Pred are on good terms
My tin foil hat conspiracy says maybe it’s an SA case and that’s why no one from optic is saying anything. I hope it isn’t that but that is one way an org would just wipe you from existence imo.
Tweaker
Talk abt speculation
Its makes sense that OpTic would be making this approach if they tried to help him with the problem which he denied and it cause him to crash out when they invested tons into him and then he allows that problem to blow up the team who has been all in on the year and letting them all down.
If someone was gambling on CDL matches or even their own team, how would you expect an Org to behave?
I’d argue it would be the exact way OpTic have, which tells me it’s more than likely something like that. Solely mental health issues just doesn’t add up at all.
Regardless of what happens if there’s no CDL ban I guarantee you Pred walks right back into the CDL and lay gs his way to more tournament finals.
Not if there’s no more transparency, as Nade said. No team is going to even consider it, regardless of skill, if they don’t get a concrete answer from the org on what actually happened.
@@Josh_17in a league lacking sub talent i can promise u there will be a few teams looking at this guy.
This is not a mental health situation. Hecz would not have dropped him this hard for mental health problems. This is something more serious.
optic has wiped their hands of Pred. that screams he did something wrong, not just a mental health situation.
My guess Pred breached contract some sort of way. Pred decided to dip back to Australia without informing anyone on team. Practice day came around and Pred was no where to be found and screwed over the team
Nah bro
You're actually brain dead LMFAO
I think this actually makes a lot of sense... But honestly with so little info who knows.

Addiction and gambling isn’t buzzwords. Mental health may be.. when men stopped being men is when this whole mental health bs started.. apparently everyone who has any type of problems has mental health problems and should go cry to a fcking shrink… gtfoh 😂😂

Did you actually speed up the intro?
I think it’s very clear…..OpTic have done what they have done because there is obvious evidence to suggest that he was betting on CDL matches. As the investigation goes on, I assume they can’t talk about it.
He said he wasn't though
@ because he doesn’t want to get a lifetime ban from the league?
@@VIGK24 okay well if other people know about it he's not gonna lie
Did not see pred getting dropped, like all of us, hope he’s good and gets whatever he needs to sorted
@@scottgerber8172 I’m a fan, I’m not in a position of power or authority. OpTic haven’t made a statement so I’m trying to understand what happened. @ the problem is people associate not being loud on social media as abandoning. Pred literally said they were trying to help him and support him. And he’s obviously not banned from the league. It would be bad if OpTic come out and say we have a player with a gambling addiction/issue when they have a major sponser to do with gambling
As long as he didn't bet on any CDL matches, he will be fine
Ya pred either lied or cheated 1000%, optic wouldn’t be so quiet and offput about him otherwise if it was just mental health and gambling related, Shotzzy even said he played SND horrible and they were horrible, so something definitely happened that there not telling us

And last but not least. IT ALL FALLS ON PRED WHETHER OR NOT THIS BECOMES A TRANSPARENT ISSUE OR NOT. Seriously why does everyone feel entitled to know whats happening in his life when its up to AG to let all this info out on his own.
Rab knows what happened lol everyone knows in the community, the fact that no a single pro replied back to his tweet wishing him well says a lot
@JCC-970 they all have his number, what's it matter if they do it online for me and you to see when reaching out personally means much more. The real world isn't going anywhere. It doesn't need to be televised homie.
@JCC-970 also I have much respect for Rab but he rather the pot gets stirred in dramatic fashion than dealt with like adults. And also he doesn't know. And if he did an kept the speculation up that's just an issue of its own. Regardless, I think it's all wrong the way the community is going about it and pretending they care about mental health when they rather news like this rack up views for entertainment. Disappointing. All of it.

@JCC-970 naive or understanding that delicate matters require delicate dealings. I wouldn't expect this community to understand. Your comparison of a retired am and a world champ with a serious issue tells me all I need to know about the direction of this conversation. You got it bro. 🤝
Rab maybe Optic havent said anything because they are also trying to save Pred's career or reputation? I mean that definitely sounds like something Hecz would do
Very true and very correct. It has happened bc of either shottzy or scump.
The entitlement that people think they have to/deserve to know what happened what it literally has 0 to do with you is crazy. It's preds issues not yours
I'm hoping its just due to some sort of sponsor issue, rather than anything illegal which is why everyone is distancing themselves from it.
3:17 I don’t think this is story of the year for esports rab….
It sucks as a optic fan but we need to just think about who he signing with next. Maybe a cloud9 reunion with Sib
There's some sort of legal danger here, otherwise all those related would be (at least) minimally vocal.
At least Pred has the NBL to bet on.. I saw a stat that the over has hit in 21 out of the last 24 games... So if he still needs some money, just nuke the over... Or he could bet on Cricket if he knows anything about that Sport.. But if he streams again before the next CoD match is, then he def owes people money
Such drastic reactions from OpTic and the short recovery time Pred expects does not add up at all
Just throwing out an idea, nothing is confirmed just something I thought of.
I mean pred couldve asked for radio silence from the team and they as an org are respecting that?
Shotzzy and scump have said nothing bad about him, shotzzy mentioned he sucks at snd... yeah we all know he does lmao
I guess people don’t realise just how far away major 1 actually is.
he said people tried to help him so maybe they are irritated with him for not being upfront and shit this isnt this difficult to process on either side OpTic is probably pissed and Pred is embarrassed that simple
If AG is not back after Major 1, then you know bro ain't competing again.
isn't this league supposed to be professional? has no one ever heard of a leave of absence? in the US, leaving for mental health issues would qualify as a medical leave of absence. So was optic not willing to support that? something's not adding up here lol
It’s an elaborate scheme for pred to go to C9 and team with Sib, Accuracy, and Mack trust
Pred asked for more money on his contract and OPtic said no thank you goodluck
One thing Rab is going to do is clickbait us until the situation is over.
Optic just made an announcement. Based off hecs saying they are all good and he is in constant contact with him. Sounds like pred may have gottan caught up with the wrong people and might be in some sort of danger. Because removing from promo but still in contact and still homies with one another is very odd
Something is definitely very wrong, really hope its not anything that is career ending. Sad to see so much talent but yet thrown down the drain.
Some Monster and Pred shenanigans going on
Pred just needs to hit a prize pick 4 man power play and he’ll be back in the green
There's a song by the rap group SLAINE called "Mind your Business"! lmao
They aren't gonna bench someone who cant play
Sorry but replace Huke for Pred if he comes back ffs lol Huke is just not the guy for Optic. He is like Shotzzy but worse, when he has luck he's making plays, but more than half of the games he plays he's getting farmed making it harder for Shotzzy to make his plays. Look how insane Shotzzy was when we had Pred
None of it makes sense, he seems to be just sweeping it under the rug. More to the story, but it’s not any of our business to be honest.
Tacticalrab is the worst when it comes to rumors 😂🤦♂️

I personally think he definitely stole from shotzzy while staying at his house, makes the most sense with how sudden and his attitude towards the situation
