I am from indore and why don't you make a video on sarafa night street food of indore, must try and enjoy , it also has some distinct meaning that when jewellery shops of sarafa closes in the evening the street food shop starts outside the shurtter and outer space of the shops of sarafa in indore.... Kaustubh is right lucknow ki chaat has no competition. It's the actual authentic chaat. Other places have some sweetness in their chats even in the puchkas too.

As the video was so delicious, I would like to mention some of my favourite street food which are missing in this video, in case of part 2 it would help.
Chilli Potato, Fried rice, Macaroni, Moradabadi daal samosa, Indoori veg lollipop, chhole samosa, street burger, egg roll, pyaz kachori, khasta biryani, multani chhole chaval, singhara kachri, bread pakora. Still I am missing some of them and for sweet dish there are kulfi, baraf ka gola, faluda, sugarcane juice (summer's impact).

I agree. Would you recommend some south indian street food? I studied in chennai for 4 years and as a delhi native I kept searching for some but couldn't find any other than normal bisibilbaath, idli vada stuff I've seen before. Maybe it's cause our college wasn't in the centre of the city.
@@akankshachawla2280 Paniyaram with chutney is yummm! I also miss the Mirchi bhajji with onions and peanuts as the stuffing. Onion samosa is another gem which I hardly see on streets.
