I am from indore and why don't you make a video on sarafa night street food of indore, must try and enjoy , it also has some distinct meaning that when jewellery shops of sarafa closes in the evening the street food shop starts outside the shurtter and outer space of the shops of sarafa in indore.... Very interesting should make video on it

If 100 rupees for each dish (which might not be true for every dish) then 4500/-. How they spent 5k on 45 dishes I have no idea. But overall it was a very nice video. Positivity felt. Very sober
Velpuri you have mentioned got in train, that is jhalmuri. In west bengal velpuri and jhalmuri are different. Jhalmuri is spicer than velpuri. Mustard oil and achar(pickle) are ingredients of jhalmuri. But in velpuri there are no mustard oil and achar. Instead of that chatni and curd(dahi/doi) are mixed in velpuri.
As the video was so delicious, I would like to mention some of my favourite street food which are missing in this video, in case of part 2 it would help. Chilli Potato, Fried rice, Macaroni, Moradabadi daal samosa, Indoori veg lollipop, chhole samosa, street burger, egg roll, pyaz kachori, khasta biryani, multani chhole chaval, singhara kachri, bread pakora. Still I am missing some of them and for sweet dish there are kulfi, baraf ka gola, faluda, sugarcane juice (summer's impact).
