About the Junhyeon main vocal situation, a lot of people on both twt and tiktok have been pointing out how he seemed confident at first but once he picked it a lot of the trainees had a negative reaction like you could literally see them going “Main vocal???” “Is he crazy??” while laughing. His confidence has been going down each round already and we think thats what made him want to be pushed out 😕 mnets been making junhyeon just the “comedic relief” of the show already and seeing the trainees themselves doing similar is just kinda…
It’s so sad because he’s so talented and his voice is so nice?!?! Like how DARE they, what other bitch has a drama OST under their belt? The kids got such natural charisma, he’ll be successful with or without Bep1er, but Bep1er’s variety gonna suffer without him.
He's one of the best vocalists in the competition and one of the few contestants left that maintained his all star ranking. He's a true all rounder but people only focus on his humorous side.
Literally it got me shaking like why are we forgetting that that he is an ALL STAR TRAINEE! And it really made me look back to his ggang era where his team especially seunghwan has so much respect and admiration for him. Trust him with choreagraphy even when he said he never done it before. Cheered for him when he decided to take an important role, and he seems to be at his happiest at that time. Like he doesn't deserve that treatment when he is actually suppose to be a force they should worry about

The fact that ALL of super charger is gone, I keep crying istg. The main slayers (+ my sons ollie and takuto) are gone. It's so depressing. Someone said they posted the scores later and while ZiHao was 6th internationally he was 19th in Korea. Also he was technically 18th in points but w/ the 200,000 point bonus Lee Jeong Hyeon pushed him out. The is episode was a tragedy. I lost my 1 pick (Wang ZiHao) and 2 pick (Haruto) in one go. And he's thank goodness at least Seo Won has a group to go back to

The Jay hate train is ridiculous, based on lies and rumors spread by haters. The only things that I understand is when they say he's cringe. But the thing is a lot of kpop idols are cringe. They do aegyo and I think it's cringe, but I don't hate them nonetheless. He overreacts ? In korean entertainment show, if you don't show big reactions you basically have no screentime. They MAKE you do this in order to shine. I saw one of the current judges of BP999 saying in an interview that he gets no screentime because when he praises the trainees, he doesn't scream or acts like he's seen a miracle. Result ? He has less screen time than the other judges who overreact. Anyway, Jay is my one pick since the beginning, I really hope some kind of miracle happens and he debuts. But I agree with Adam and RJ on their lineup, I think that's what's gonna happen. Maybe Park Hanbin being switched with Ricky, or Jongwoo or hopefully Jay (I wanna have a little bit of hope).

Being in the final group would secure his spot in the kpop industry even after Bep1er disbands. Also, like Adam said, Jay and Taerae are main vocalist materials but they complement each other. They have different voices that shine in different ways. So having him in the group would be a big benefit for the group. An english speaker so that Matthew won't be the only one that the other rely on to translate things. A main vocalist, the group NEEDS vocals since Yujin and Gyuvin are not vocally strong enough. An entertainer, he is funny, he would shine on variety show compared to a lot of shy contestants (or at least that don't like showing themselves in a vulnerable or goofy way). A global representation : USA and the Philippines. And also people with a darker skin color . Having him in the group would show a progressive side of the Kpop industry that is already toxic enough. Bep1er has everything to gain from having Jay in the group.

Let’s just say Sung Hanbin is so far pulling a Sasha Colby / Bianca del Rio in this competition so far😌 Also Adam is so right and I’m surprised not a lot of people caught on that Sung Hanbin is being incredibly smart and strategic throughout this entire show, both in terms of performances and how he presents himself on camera and it’s not saying he isn’t a genuinely good person I’m sure he is, but what I’ve noticed in the show the contestants that have been very consistently at the top or steadily rising seem to be extremely strategic in how they play their cards (including Park Hanbin who KNOWS he can ace any concept, to even Zhang Hao openly showcasing an effort to be fluent in Korean and showing his close friendship to Shanbin to really appeal to the Korean general public) and this is also highly dependent on mnets given screentime. But yeah tears aside from the eliminated contestants, I felt like this is was worth pointing out. Another note: I see so many ppl on twitter town getting so mad that Jay was pushed to Jelly Pop sub vocal 6 and calling Hanbin greedy, but this is a competition and he wanted that part so it was either concede to a smaller part or push jay out, which he did (and this performance is not gonna matter in voting let’s be real, he chose the safest time to take a risk like this and at the same time it won’t exactly jeopardise Jay’s chances of making it in the lineup since there is no benefit/ winning team for these performances)and this will give Jay a chance to perform a brighter/ goofier boyish song he hasn’t tried before WITHOUT risking losing extra points. Going back to my point to how hanbin has been playing so smart the entire season, it’s unlikely he’d do something that clearly would bring backlash to his image (because it’s now one pick voting as well) My predictions for top 9 are pretty much the same, however I’m still holding onto the belief that jay could very much pull a bahiyyih, not top 3 but maybe just enough to squeeze him into top 9 with how many one pick fans he has
As a Kuanjui one-pick with Haruto Zihao Wongki and Seowon in my top 9 this episode was heartbreaking, i was sobbing i expected some of them to not make it but i was sure at least Haruto and Zihao would survive😭

I just think they should put 3 more spots and debut a 12 member group to fit Ricky, Jongwoo and Gunwook cause I think they're missing out without those 3🙁 And Ricky has really grown on me. I was not a big fan of him but now I see what a lot of people had been seeing😊 My one pick has been Jongwoo. I just love him. He has such a Stray Kids energy. It's power, it's goofiness, softness, talent and humility all wrapped up in one delicious person🥰 And Gunwook also has grown on me. I really think he's a really well balanced, pure, eager kid with a lot of potential. Jongwoo I've been preparing myself mentally to let him go cause I think it's near impossible to get him there but I'll be really sad because I think he compliments the other trainees really well. Whoever he works with or whatever the concept he always makes it work. It'll be heartbreaking to see him go 😥 Oh my effing God! I totally forgot about Jay!! He needs to be there as well of course with his vocals. I just was so used to him being in the top 9 that in my brain he was already there. There will be live voting (worth 2x more I think), in GP999 voting was opened for a certain amount of time during the finale before the final ranking was announced. About Matthew, they gave him a redemption arc but I feel that it did more harm than good bc people got mad at his screen time and he was being called selfish (even though it wasn't the immense evil editing done to the Chinese trainees). Sad that Seowon, Zihao, Haruto, and Woongki are gone but I hope the last three of them can debut in the future!
Haruto's elimination hurt. I actually spoiled myself, because I couldn't wait for Viki to upload the episode. I went to cast my vote (Haruto was going to be my 1-pick), and my jaw dropped. Well, now I'm backing Jay. If I can't have my girly pop all-rounder, I WILL have my vocal king in there!
Jongwoo being the only trainee to make it the finals with no company support at all is amazing (Jiwoong too, because Nest is a tiny management company with only Jiwoong signed). I'm so proud of him and the organic growth he's gotten. It would be so legendary if Jongwoo debuts, especially since the show was initially for independent trainees. I'm sad that more independent trainees didn't make it. And nothing against the Yuehua boys but why are there still so many (4 in the top 9 too)? Anyway, all that being said, I just really hope Jongwoo and Jiwoong can debut together and ppl need to fix their eyes and stop hating on Jongwoo, ok?
Jiwoong had a solid fanbase coming in to the competition too. Being able to watch Jongwoo grow and shine throughout the competition had been such a joy!
28:28 I think Kum Junhyeon really wanted the main vocal. I mean he has a really good singing voice, I've been tuning in to the behind the scenes and their dorm moments and he tends to sing a lot with the other trainees. But when he got there and the other trainees were like "main vocal?" "Is he crazy?" And laughing at him, he must've lost confidence. Hence asking other trainees to take the position instead.
I was sooo sad when Haruto didn`t appear on that stupid screen, like he was 16!! It literally broke my heart. Also to clarify there WILL be live voting. The live voting weighs twice as much, just like in girls planet, so korean trainees will have an advantage. Literally no one is safe at this point :(

I tried so hard not to let myself fall in love with any of these boys except for Kim Jiwoong because we knew from episode one that he and Han Bin were the only guarantees. But looking into Woong Gi’s doe eyes and watching him snatch hearts and wigs all over that stage over and over again…I couldn’t help it. I cried like I did when my uncle killed the goat I made friends with to make curry goat when I was 8 years old. 😭 This was worse, I ugly cried. Next season I’m going to be heartless!
So I was traveling in France during this past week and missed the episode airing. But as I had seen the rankings and eliminations, I felt so unmotivated to watch it. I finally just watched it this morning and then came here. It’s just too heartbreaking. There’s so many I can’t say bye to and 9 is still not enough. I love too many of them.

Man i'm so sad about Woonggi, Haruto & Seowon, they where all in risky positions so i was ready to one pick vote for the one who made it (or zihao) but i didn't expect that nobody would make it, and then they kept hitting me with Seowons sweet commentary the entire episode! Also I understand why but the last clips at the end made me really sad we didn't get to see more of the phanbin/seowon/woonggi trio because they seemed to get along pretty well
PHan Bin was my no1 pick since his The Real performance and me finding out he loves Woodz. That's all I needed to love this guy. And he only got better and better with each episode.
just letting you know if boys planet is anything like girls planet, there WILL be a live voting in the final. I would say one of the most important votes in the whole show. First, in gp999 the votes were worth double so massive changes to the lineup could happen last minute. There was interim ranking shown like a day before and everyone went crazy cuz it was all k group in the lineup, then during the last episode at the beginning they showed 2 people fighting for 9th place (Xiaoting and Hikaru). We then had like 30mins-1hour? To vote and everyone panicked voted HARD, xiaoting ended up in 9th, Hikaru in 7th and Kim suyeon(Sheon from billlie) who was PO8 ended in P10 as she was pushed out of top 9. So if it’s the same for boys planet, don’t panic when ranking show and keep voting your fav otherwise u might think they’re safe in top9 when really they may get pushed out by one of the people fighting for PO9.

Your videos are giving me life because Park Hanbin is always so high in your top9 and then I remember that I'll have to tune in to the real top9 announcement on Thursday and he's so not close to making it. He would've been the perfect killing part for Jelly Pop but... he's just subvocal5. I feel like Phanbin is probably the one that surprise the most people in the sense of "Why is he not in the top9", they created a whole reddit talent statistic sheet where a lot of people voted and he got first place... this is a joke I can't do it. And he also get a lot of shoutout from eliminated trainees especially g groups ones and his new nickname is "g group collector" so he's also seen as one of the kindest on the show. At this point I wish Mnet would just rig him in the group because people are blind, and I actually don't think anyone would be mad that he got in.
man junhyeon deserves respect too :( i get that he hasn't presented himself as a main vocal contender throughout the show but he hasn't had many opportunities to sing... he's a very competent singer and his predebut vids + some of the times he has sung on the show prove that. i don't think that he was joking when he chose to be main vocal,, maybe he lost confidence bc he got laughed at or maybe he changed his mind for whatever other reason but i wish people would see that he's more than his comedic relief character and has a lot of talent to back that up

With haruto I'm sorry but side eye to his fans...Wumuti is my best love in this show and I thought there's not gonna be anything much worse than his elimination, but wumuti doesn't have a solid loyal fan base, its just bad that we lost him too early cause he's too talented and that is the case for alot of trainees. But the haruto betrayal was ten folds much worse, cause all I'm gonna say is that is NOT the case for him. Keyword betrayal oop. and it shows on the trainees who we don't expect to made it. I literally couldn't watch this because I was still mourning for Haruto but I finally finished the video! Haruto was my one pick, I was in a twitter group of people who organized voting for him, we raised money to put out ads for him, we did collabs, I mean I did EVERYTHING for this man. When he didn't make it at first I was numb, but then the Japanese fanbase did a twitter space and I was translating for English speaking Haruto stans, and then Haruto's sister joined the space and started talking about how thankful Haruto is for all of us, and then the fanbase girl was like "Boys Planet is ending, but Haruto doesn't end here," and I started bawling it was too much. I was so sad I didn't eat the whole day; my roommate had to force me to have dinner. Even now I'm not convinced there was zero rigging involved; it makes no sense Zihao didn't make it with the dedicated fanbase he has. But it is what it is. About the Junhyeon main vocal situation, a lot of people on both twt and tiktok have been pointing out how he seemed confident at first but once he picked it a lot of the trainees had a negative reaction like you could literally see them going “Main vocal???” “Is he crazy??” while laughing. His confidence has been going down each round already and we think thats what made him want to be pushed out 😕 mnets been making junhyeon just the “comedic relief” of the show already and seeing the trainees themselves doing similar is just kinda…
It’s so sad because he’s so talented and his voice is so nice?!?! Like how DARE they, what other bitch has a drama OST under their belt? The kids got such natural charisma, he’ll be successful with or without Bep1er, but Bep1er’s variety gonna suffer without him.
He's one of the best vocalists in the competition and one of the few contestants left that maintained his all star ranking. He's a true all rounder but people only focus on his humorous side.

Literally it got me shaking like why are we forgetting that that he is an ALL STAR TRAINEE! And it really made me look back to his ggang era where his team especially seunghwan has so much respect and admiration for him. Trust him with choreagraphy even when he said he never done it before. Cheered for him when he decided to take an important role, and he seems to be at his happiest at that time. It's so depressing. Someone said they posted the scores later and while ZiHao was 6th internationally he was 19th in Korea. Also he was technically 18th in points but w/ the 200,000 point bonus Lee Jeong Hyeon pushed him out. The is episode was a tragedy. I lost my 1 pick (Wang ZiHao) and 2 pick (Haruto) in one go. And he's thank goodness at least Seo Won has a group to go back to

The Jay hate train is ridiculous, based on lies and rumors spread by haters. The only things that I understand is when they say he's cringe. But the thing is a lot of kpop idols are cringe. They do aegyo and I think it's cringe, but I don't hate them nonetheless. He overreacts ? In korean entertainment show, if you don't show big reactions you basically have no screentime. They MAKE you do this in order to shine. I saw one of the current judges of BP999 saying in an interview that he gets no screentime because when he praises the trainees, he doesn't scream or acts like he's seen a miracle. Result ? He has less screen time than the other judges who overreact.
Anyway, Jay is my one pick since the beginning, I really hope some kind of miracle happens and he debuts. But I agree with Adam and RJ on their lineup, I think that's what's gonna happen. Maybe Park Hanbin being switched with Ricky, or Jongwoo or hopefully Jay (I wanna have a little bit of hope).

Being in the final group would secure his spot in the kpop industry even after Bep1er disbands. Also, like Adam said, Jay and Taerae are main vocalist materials but they complement each other. They have different voices that shine in different ways. So having him in the group would be a big benefit for the group. An english speaker so that Matthew won't be the only one that the other rely on to translate things. A main vocalist, the group NEEDS vocals since Yujin and Gyuvin are not vocally strong enough. An entertainer, he is funny, he would shine on variety show compared to a lot of shy contestants (or at least that don't like showing themselves in a vulnerable or goofy way). A global representation : USA and the Philippines. And also people with a darker skin color . Having him in the group would show a progressive side of the Kpop industry that is already toxic enough. Bep1er has everything to gain from having Jay in the group.

Also Adam is so right and I’m surprised not a lot of people caught on that Sung Hanbin is being incredibly smart and strategic throughout this entire show, both in terms of performances and how he presents himself on camera and it’s not saying he isn’t a genuinely good person I’m sure he is, but what I’ve noticed in the show the contestants that have been very consistently at the top or steadily rising seem to be extremely strategic in how they play their cards (including Park Hanbin who KNOWS he can ace any concept, to even Zhang Hao openly showcasing an effort to be fluent in Korean and showing his close friendship to Shanbin to really appeal to the Korean general public) and this is also highly dependent on mnets given screentime.
But yeah tears aside from the eliminated contestants, I felt like this is was worth pointing out.
Another note: I see so many ppl on twitter town getting so mad that Jay was pushed to Jelly Pop sub vocal 6 and calling Hanbin greedy, but this is a competition and he wanted that part so it was either concede to a smaller part or push jay out, which he did (and this performance is not gonna matter in voting let’s be real, he chose the safest time to take a risk like this and at the same time it won’t exactly jeopardise Jay’s chances of making it in the lineup since there is no benefit/ winning team for these performances)and this will give Jay a chance to perform a brighter/ goofier boyish song he hasn’t tried before WITHOUT risking losing extra points. Going back to my point to how hanbin has been playing so smart the entire season, it’s unlikely he’d do something that clearly would bring backlash to his image (because it’s now one pick voting as well)
My predictions for top 9 are pretty much the same, however I’m still holding onto the belief that jay could very much pull a bahiyyih, not top 3 but maybe just enough to squeeze him into top 9 with how many one pick fans he has
As a Kuanjui one-pick with Haruto Zihao Wongki and Seowon in my top 9 this episode was heartbreaking, i was sobbing

I was not a big fan of him but now I see what a lot of people had been seeing😊 My one pick has been Jongwoo. I just love him. He has such a Stray Kids energy. It's power, it's goofiness, softness, talent and humility all wrapped up in one delicious person🥰 And Gunwook also has grown on me. I really think he's a really well balanced, pure, eager kid with a lot of potential. Jongwoo I've been preparing myself mentally to let him go cause I think it's near impossible to get him there but I'll be really sad because I think he compliments the other trainees really well. Whoever he works with or whatever the concept he always makes it work. It'll be heartbreaking to see him go 😥

About Matthew, they gave him a redemption arc but I feel that it did more harm than good bc people got mad at his screen time and he was being called selfish (even though it wasn't the immense evil editing done to the Chinese trainees).
Sad that Seowon, Zihao, Haruto, and Woongki are gone but I hope the last three of them can debut in the future!
Haruto's elimination hurt. I actually spoiled myself, because I couldn't wait for Viki to upload the episode. I went to cast my vote (Haruto was going to be my 1-pick), and my jaw dropped. Well, now I'm backing Jay. If I can't have my girly pop all-rounder, I WILL have my vocal king in there!

Jongwoo being the only trainee to make it the finals with no company support at all is amazing (Jiwoong too, because Nest is a tiny management company with only Jiwoong signed). I'm so proud of him and the organic growth he's gotten. It would be so legendary if Jongwoo debuts, especially since the show was initially for independent trainees. I'm sad that more independent trainees didn't make it. And nothing against the Yuehua boys but why are there still so many (4 in the top 9 too)? Anyway, all that being said, I just really hope Jongwoo and Jiwoong can debut together and ppl need to fix their eyes and stop hating on Jongwoo, ok?
Jiwoong had a solid fanbase coming in to the competition too. Being able to watch Jongwoo grow and shine throughout the competition had been such a joy!
I truly need Jongwoo in the final line-up. At this point it's really all i need, and really hope people keep voting for him!
28:28 I think Kum Junhyeon really wanted the main vocal. I mean he has a really good singing voice, I've been tuning in to the behind the scenes and their dorm moments and he tends to sing a lot with the other trainees. But when he got there and the other trainees were like "main vocal?" "Is he crazy?" And laughing at him, he must've lost confidence. Hence asking other trainees to take the position instead.
I was sooo sad when Haruto didn`t appear on that stupid screen, like he was 16!! It literally broke my heart. Also to clarify there WILL be live voting. The live voting weighs twice as much, just like in girls planet, so korean trainees will have an advantage. Literally no one is safe at this point :(

So I was traveling in France during this past week and missed the episode airing. But as I had seen the rankings and eliminations, I felt so unmotivated to watch it. Man i'm so sad about Woonggi, Haruto & Seowon, they where all in risky positions so i was ready to one pick vote for the one who made it (or zihao) but i didn't expect that nobody would make it, and then they kept hitting me with Seowons sweet commentary the entire episode! Also I understand why but the last clips at the end made me really sad we didn't get to see more of the phanbin/seowon/woonggi trio because they seemed to get along pretty well
PHan Bin was my no1 pick since his The Real performance and me finding out he loves Woodz. That's all I needed to love this guy. And he only got better and better with each episode.

just letting you know if boys planet is anything like girls planet, there WILL be a live voting in the final. I would say one of the most important votes in the whole show. First, in gp999 the votes were worth double so massive changes to the lineup could happen last minute. There was interim ranking shown like a day before and everyone went crazy cuz it was all k group in the lineup, then during the last episode at the beginning they showed 2 people fighting for 9th place (Xiaoting and Hikaru). We then had like 30mins-1hour? To vote and everyone panicked voted HARD, xiaoting ended up in 9th, Hikaru in 7th and Kim suyeon(Sheon from billlie) who was PO8 ended in P10 as she was pushed out of top 9. So if it’s the same for boys planet, don’t panic when ranking show and keep voting your fav otherwise u might think they’re safe in top9 when really they may get pushed out by one of the people fighting for PO9.

the eliminations made me so miserable, especially chen kuanjui because he’s been in my bep1er lineup since the PR videos came out and i really deluded myself into believing that the benefit would be enough 🥲 those last 20 minutes did NOT register for me at all, lmao. also as a matthew one pick, him falling so hard was expected but has still made me incredibly anxious about what’s gonna happen come thursday… at least my second pick (kim taerae) is thriving!! my new delusion of the week is that he is fully gonna have his chaehyun moment and debut P01. the pyjama stream (sucked that it wasn’t subbed for global fans but thankfully i could still enjoy it as a korean speaker) and the wumuti antifragile cover (I SCRUMT HIS HIP TATTOO???) were good pick-me-ups after that whole mess though!! also i really hope gunwook is in the final lineup, seeing him fall was really disappointing, especially since it seems like he’s really started opening up more lately ON TOP OF also being an INCREDIBLE performer.

I fully started this show knowing i wouldn't stan the final group. I had a lovely time until now and will follow woongki,seowon,zihao and seunghwan in whatever they do in the future.
With the whole elimination places you can definitely tell that the bonus points really do change everything my theory if there was no bonus points the top 18 could have been different

Hanbins friends have literally said he is just THAT nice and genuine. He just radiates this center energy that we really truly need for the group. And yes, there's live voting during the finale. Also who cares about a k/g ratio..idc where a person comes from, just vote for the people you like.
I'm still shocked haruto was eliminated, only kamden remains of my original top picks, and there's like a .0009% chance he actually makes it. I'm sticking with this show because I've grown attached to nearly every contestant, but after the last elimination watching the show just makes me sad🥲

Your videos are giving me life because Park Hanbin is always so high in your top9 and then I remember that I'll have to tune in to the real top9 announcement on Thursday and he's so not close to making it. He would've been the perfect killing part for Jelly Pop but... he's just subvocal5. I feel like Phanbin is probably the one that surprise the most people in the sense of "Why is he not in the top9", they created a whole reddit talent statistic sheet where a lot of people voted and he got first place... this is a joke I can't do it. And he also get a lot of shoutout from eliminated trainees especially g groups ones and his new nickname is "g group collector" so he's also seen as one of the kindest on the show. At this point I wish Mnet would just rig him in the group because people are blind, and I actually don't think anyone would be mad that he got in.

man junhyeon deserves respect too :( i get that he hasn't presented himself as a main vocal contender throughout the show but he hasn't had many opportunities to sing... he's a very competent singer and his predebut vids + some of the times he has sung on the show prove that. i don't think that he was joking when he chose to be main vocal,, maybe he lost confidence bc he got laughed at or maybe he changed his mind for whatever other reason but i wish people would see that he's more than his comedic relief character and has a lot of talent to back that up

With haruto I'm sorry but side eye to his fans...Wumuti is my best love in this show and I thought there's not gonna be anything much worse than his elimination, but wumuti doesn't have a solid loyal fan base, its just bad that we lost him too early cause he's too talented and that is the case for alot of trainees. But the haruto betrayal was ten folds much worse, cause all I'm gonna say is that is NOT the case for him. Keyword betrayal oop. and it shows on the trainees who we don't expect to made it. im seriously so sad about woonggi, haruto, zihao, seowon, and kuanjui. this show just proves how, as always, gay people are used for entertainment but never taken seriously enough. like they used all the fems for entertainment and gave them their self cams but then when it came down to it people just want their straight/masc bepler full of boyfriends.

I literally couldn't watch this because I was still mourning for Haruto but I finally finished the video! Haruto was my one pick, I was in a twitter group of people who organized voting for him, we raised money to put out ads for him, we did collabs, I mean I did EVERYTHING for this man. When he didn't make it at first I was numb, but then the Japanese fanbase did a twitter space and I was translating for English speaking Haruto stans, and then Haruto's sister joined the space and started talking about how thankful Haruto is for all of us, and then the fanbase girl was like "Boys Planet is ending, but Haruto doesn't end here," and I started bawling it was too much. I was so sad I didn't eat the whole day; my roommate had to force me to have dinner. Even now I'm not convinced there was zero rigging involved; it makes no sense Zihao didn't make it with the dedicated fanbase he has. But it is what it is. I’m not thinking about the episode because I’m still sad, so Kep1er, have you watched a performance of Back to the City yet? I personally feel it is their best in terms of part distribution.
