One BIG Fault - There is no On/Off Switch! That means a flashing blue light unless you disconnect the power cable ! A simple on/off switch would have saved this annoying feature.

Thank you for your excellent review and demo. You covered this device very well. I have thoroughly enjoyed my BLT-HD since November, 2018 (18 months). It has been on continuously, and has worked beautifully without a hitch. Connection has never broken up, once quickly and easily made. Bottom line for me is how nice and easy it is for me to quickly transmit really great sounding audio from my cheap but capable LG Stylo 2 Plus phone through the BLT-HD into RCA input jacks of my older Sony ES AV receiver with Sony Core Series speakers. It just always sounds great, and I still shake my head in disbelief at how it sounds like I am playing quality CD's when transmitting from basic Pandora, etc. Thank you, again.
Yes its a great bit of kit I would live for them to release an LDAC version. I recently reviewed the ifi zen blue and although it was better for hi Res Bluetooth it was terrible for reconnecting and had this constant big blue flashing light when I standby Vs this that just does what it does for the price perfectly.
The item BluDento BLT-HD is LDAC supported now.

Hi sorry for late reply it won't work like that as you transmit to it not from it if that makes sense.
No, BluDento is a Bluetooth receiver ONLY. It can not work with Bluetooth speakers/headphones/earphones.

It says bluetooth but if you are using bluetooth on a phone for your input signal and using bluetooth headphones as output how does the dac differeniate between the 2 or can you only do output via cable straight to speakers?
BluDento BLT-HD is a BT receiver ONLY. Input is Bluetooth ONLY. All the connectors(OPTICAL, COAXIAL, RCA L / R ) on BluDento BLT-HD are outputs.
How is the analog output of the BluDento? Do you have to crank the volume or is it at a normal line level?
It is 2.1V RMS on BluDento analog RCA output. Yes, you have to control the volume by phone / APP settings.
I have an old Yamaha rx-v757. Do you think the dac inside the bludento will be superior to the dac in my Yamaha?
The DAC inside BluDento is TI PCM5102A. You need to check and compare yourself.
How does this run with home theater 3 speakers and 4 surround speakers I have Onkyo HT-R940 and I would like to use Optical Input, Can this handle the surround system?
I currently have it plugged into my AV receiver just set it to 5/7ch surround for all speakers or direct for 2ch listening
No, surround is not supported in BluDento.

If you want to use the DAC in your Pioneer Elite receiver, you can use the optical output or the coaxial out to the corresponding input on your receiver. If you wish to use the DAC built into this BluDento BLT-HD, then use the analog RCA outs from this unit to any open input on your receiver. I preferred the DAC built into this unit over the one in my Marantz receiver, which really surprised me. This is a wonderful unit. Sound quality is CD or better. If you decide to go digital out of the BluDento into an open optical or digital coaxial input on your receiver, you may have to assign the digital input to the desired input you want to use, which can be tricky. If you go with an RCA connection, using the DAC in the BluDento, nothing to assign in the receiver. Good luck.
@@ramondelgado6778 final question ... when I hookup Bludento using RCA, I must use the component I connected it to listen to streaming Bluetooth. (Ie. I can’t listen to TV). If I hookup Optical or Digital on my receiver, what component to I use or label??

No, BLT-2 and BLT-HD are different models from BluDento.
I got a small device Elegant Bluetooth device one it is very small one lead in & that's it he is just advertising look on his back shelf the one I got off Amazon $14 dollars
Oh yes there are plenty of great cheap Bluetooth receivers available. And since making this you can finally get hi Res Ldac ones for under £100. But the price really comes down to use case and the quality and bit rate of the music your sending at it. With the right speakers, amps and headphones there is a noticeable difference in standard Bluetooth Vs aptx hd and Ldac. This also has a sweet sounding DAC built into it, which can again further improve the sou d of your hifi equipment. but again it's a what do I want from my audio gear if a $14 dollar one suits you great. But some people want more and this is terrific value for people into hifi equipment but also want the ease of sending there hi Res library wirelessly 😁
Yes well the one i got great device & i think my set up its the best one running a ryzen computer where advertising I got them but I could not much good & I paid big money for them & sometimes simpler is better
