Jesus is the LIGHT in him there is NO darkness at all. A post went around with a picture of a match burning, a bright light shining, the flame threw NO shadow. That stuck in my head.

I'm afraid of my chronic illness ( Type 2 Diabetes) it's ongoing and no one gets it, the way it has effected me mentally is depressing. I have no peace cause of it, living day to day with it has taken my energy for anything enjoyable.
This was a great explanation of the verse "the hopes & fears of all the years are met in You (Thee) tonight." As many times as I have sung that song, I've never understood what that meant. Hope is easy. Fears though? How did He meet our fears? Thank you, Sandy, for sharing your insights.
I was a little worried that you were going to cover up the words at first, lol, I should have known better. I want my Bible to be readable when complete, so many other Bible artist cover words and you can no longer read the whole page. I appreciate you doing these tutorials and showing how to use the different mediums and also how to test them. You are doing so many wonderful artistic things in your life. This is gorgeous! I love that you are using hymns for Advent! Such a cool perspective! Do you ever have trouble with your white Signo pen? I have a hard time to get mine to write as perfectly and white as yours. I've gone through several of them so I know it's not just the one pen that I have right now. Do you have a trick for how you write with it? Maybe I am using too much pressure.

Keep pressure light; it’s a ball at the end and there base to be room for the ink to pass around it.
Did you put something between the pages before you ironed it?
Just computer paper.
Is there any scripture in the bible about illness and getting peace from it.
