Perbaikan itu waktu Jonan jadi Dirut KAI di era SBY....sekarang ga dipake jokowi karena menentang kereta cepat, dia lebih fokus ke pengembangan kereta reguler di luar jawa. Ada benernya sih, kereta cepat hanya untuk sekelompok orang menengah atas di JKT BDG, puluhan juta orang masih belum tersentuh layanan kereta

Sy pernah ngalamin jaman kegelapan kereta disini bro, dari jakarta berdiri sampai surabaya,pedagang,pengamen bahkan bebek atau kambing ngikut di gerbong 😂 Pernah sampe reflek nusuk lengan pencopet yg ngerogoh kamera saku di kantong celana pas tidur.. Beruntung pak Ignatius Jonan ngerevolusi dunia perkereta apian sekitar 2011an lalu (maaf kalo lupa waktunya). Stasiun mulai jd nyaman, perjalanannya pun ya semakin enak. Jaman dulu kalo bukan perokok ya kasian aja liatnya kalo naik kereta

First of all, the normal price of executive class for the train is around 300,000 rupiah, you got discounted price which we call "go show" price which was applicable within 2 hours before departure if they have leftover sits. As for the food, you should have tried the rice menus coz KAI have pretty yummy foods.

This one is economy executive class, there are other more expensive seats as business class, panoramic train and compartiment suits. You should try them, very comfortable trains for long journey. You should explore Java or staying here. The train in Java are the best in the world. Try the Suite Class Train from Surabaya to Jakarta or Panoramic train from Yogyakarta to Bandung or high speed train from Bandung to Jakarta

cause there's no railway connection in Bali, we have to take connecting bus to nearest port, taking a ferry across Bali Strait to Banyuwangi (Java). Then we can continue by train or other Bus
Aku tidak pernah menyangka sebelumnya, ternyata ada tiket kereta eksekutif dengan harga hanya Rp160.000 untuk perjalanan 7 jam. Padahal biasanya dari Cikampek ke Yogyakarta dengan jarak hampir sama, harga tiketnya di angka Rp 350.000
Keknya karena dia belinya goshow alias dadakan, bukan booking jauh2 hari... Kalo kalo booking jauh2 hari atau pesen dari aplikasi kereta Blambangan express itu hampir 400k...

If u wanna try first class go to Surabaya Gubeng with BIMA Compartment broo, the tickets around $150 from Surabaya Gubeng Station to Gambir Jakarta, or if u wanna try luxury u can go with Argo Bromo from Surabaya Pasar Turi Station to Gambir Station the ticket around $80. Thats very recomended trains in Indonesia
I don't usually like cup noodles but there's something nostalgic about eating cup noodles on a travel, be it on train or on ship like when you crossed Bali Strait. You can explore from place by place, From Bali, you can go to Banyuwangi and then you can go to Jember, Bondowoso, there is something special every single city, bro. And then Surabaya, go to west to Solo, Jogja, Kediri, or Malang. West again to Bandung, and next next next........ Sorry for my bad English (beginner)

That's not a luxury train it's just a regular executive train and unluckily you got the old executive train to be precis, but that's okay since you got the "Go Show" price. The current executive class has a stainless steel body and more modern interior even the newer economy are better than the one you tried. Above that we have a Panoramic < Luxury gen1/2 < Compartment Suites.
Dude i felt ur pain the language barrier is real ....but then again if youwant do anything like a local i suggest u to at least learn basic indonesian language i mean at least conversational not just few words that way you will be protected from scammer also the good side you can communicate and build a connection with local and have better exp overall

some people didnt know that in executive seat we have a folding table, just open the hand bar and we can pull a table for convenient way to eat/ drink

That's not a luxury train it's just a regular executive train and unluckily you got the old executive train to be precis, but that's okay since you got the "Go Show" price. The current executive class has a stainless steel body and more modern interior even the newer economy are better than the one you tried. Above that we have a Panoramic < Luxury gen1/2 < Compartment Suites.
