2 years ago I was diagnosed with Ulterative Colitis in 2018 and I have tried everything I could to get rid of it, all to no avail, until I saw a post in a health forum about a herbalist who prepared herbal medicines to cure all kinds of diseases, including Colitis at first I doubted if it was real, but decided to give it a try, when I contacted this herbalist through his email and he prepared me a herbal cure for my ailment and sent it to me through the company's service UPS delivery, when I received this herbal cure. , gave me step by step instructions on how to apply it, when I applied it according to the instructions, I was totally cured of this deadly disease within 1 months of use, I am now totally free, no more pains all thanks to Dr. Osemuahu for helping with his herbal medicine

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2010 and began researching dietary changes to compliment my drug treatments. I learned that animal products are pro inflammatory and plant products are anti inflammatory and eventually settled on a whole food, plant based diet. I have been in remission for seven years, my last colonoscopy showed a normal colon and I have no UC symptoms at all. My six monthly blood work shows a CRP and Sed Rate below normal ranges. My only medication is two mezalazine tablets daily. I completely understand that we are all different but an anti inflammatory diet may be worth exploring for other sufferers of UC.

I think the symptoms should be widely know.
How does elimination work with the pouch? Do you still have a pouch that has to be cleaned? I am confused about the difference in that and the side pouch.

Diagnosed with Crohns 27/7/20. I need advice n help. I have spoken one to gastro team over phone n they sent letter to GP. But he did not read the letter properly n did not give me the steroids.
6/9/20 - 15/9/20 in hospital n I got all checks n put on steroids.
I need advice as I'm newly diagnosed for support. I have emailed crohn's and colitis uk but have not heard from anyone.
I have read alot on the site but I have questions....please advice what or where I can go during covid for support.
