Do i need trackers to record the moving in space or the green screen video with a regular camera and no tracker can do the job?

Trackers are used to track your camera movement and also to Map your 3D in your video

These would be good if they all weren't coloured exactly the same 😂the actors stick out so much because of the colours in the background
