Realising No means No

As per the Vishakha guidelines and the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act of 2013 as well as the UGC guidelines, every university campus in India is directed to take measures to ensure an environment free of sexual harassment.
This video is part of a larger project by the Centre for Studies in Gender and Sexuality, Ashoka University, meant to educate people across institutions about the ways and means to identify harassment and understand ICC guidelines better. Please feel free to use these videos as a part of any educational workshops in your respective institutions.
The idea for making sexual harassment films set in the Indian academy was first conceived by Madhavi Menon, and brought to fruition in conversation with Ayesha Mago and Shiv Datt Sharma. Ayesha Mago was also the script consultant and codirector of the training films, and the force behind their user friendly manual. We also thank Big Klick Films, especially Prerna Siddharth for making the films.
