Officially cap program is replaced by the new exam/osce but like you said people who applied to the council before December 4 will be given the chance to complete CAP over the next 18 months which is called as the transition period

No need of English language requirements for BN students. However, most overseas students will need to meet the English language requirements for that particular program

One question : you said regarding professional development course right? Can you plz tell me which course providers are accredited by NZNC.. Like AHA for BLS and ACLS. AHA is internationally accredited course provider. Is there any special course provider which is accredited by NZNC.?

Yes there’s no such accreditation system I believe. Yiu can show proof of all education that you’ve completed during the course 3 years time to meet the standards

I am not quite sure but I believe you would not have much issue with working in Aussie but may have some issue when you apply for residency. Please seek the advice of a licensed immigration agent for accurate information 👍

The current situation is not very good for nurses. If you’re GNM there’s pathway for becoming NZRN. I would choose to become an RN rather than EN.

Once you start your process with NCNZ then you don’t need to show language requirements for renewing registration

There are lots of vacancies for mental health nurses as general CAP nurses cannot easily find jobs in these area. If you’re a mental health nurse you’ll get priority in the job market. Regarding OSCE, we are waiting for NCNZ updates

However, a significant number of nurses are finding opportunities, and for those who face challenges, there's still hope. It's worth noting that many nurses opt to apply for jobs in Australia, leveraging the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (TtMR) Act to easily convert their nursing registrations from New Zealand to Australia. There are abundant opportunities for nurses in Australia. Therefore, I suggest focusing on obtaining New Zealand registration first. Even if someone returns, they have the option to apply for jobs in New Zealand, pursue opportunities in Australia, or even apply for Australian residency.

ഒരു dought clear ചെയ്യാനുണ്ട്. Job apply ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ experience gap എത്രത്തോളം allowed ആണ്?. ഇപ്പോഴഴത്തെ condition ജോലി resign ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം എപ്പോഴാണ് അടുത്ത job കിട്ടുന്നത് unpredictable അല്ലെ. എന്നെപോലെ ചിലർകെകിലും job easy ആയിട്ടു resign ചെയ്യുക എന്നത് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. നമ്മൾ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തു അതു കിട്ടിയെന്നു വരില്ല.
