- North Korea released a bizarre, Hollywood-style video this week, promoting the country’s recent missile test launch. The missile ‘sizzle’ aired on North Korean state television, after that country tested its largest intercontinental ballistic missile this week. That missile, called “Hwasongpo-17,” landed in the Sea of Japan. It was the DPRK’s first full ICBM test since 2017. Experts believe an ICBM of that sort could reach the United States.

If it wasn't a deadly weapon it would be sort of cute. My little brother loved to play with rockets growing up and sometimes when I see Kim it always makes me think of my little brother. “Payload” is what it’s referred to as. Payload is the load (i.e., cargo - in this instance, it’s an explosive warhead) carried by the missile.
