That's so cool! I love the plywood idea! That mulch just makes those mailboxes POP! When can you show us how that side by side hauls/pulls???? Love the content!
Hey Michael, just got back from a 2 mile cruise on the trails. Creeping around and climbing got my engine temp to 131 and the controller temp was 157. There was no loss in power. When I got back out to the road, I ran it up to 20mph to get some air flow into it and the temps came right down 109 and 124 respectfully. Don't think this will help you, but you at least have a little more information to work with 👍
There is some brake squeak and some other rattles.... but it's not as bad as it comes across in the videos. The brake noise has improved over time. I'm guessing they just needed to be broke in. I've adjusted the doors to reduce that noise. But mostly I think it's the lack of engine noise that lets us hear noises that we wouldn't normally pay attention to. Thanks for watching ✌️
Been considering buying one of these. Nervous about parts/service, mostly electrical issues. Been seeing a lot of error codes being reported online. Have you had any issues? I live on hilly property, some pretty steep. How’s the power on hills? Also how’s AWD on grass? Does it tear it up since you can switch to 2wd? Thanks!
No issues other than operator error so far. The KANDI is all wheel drive all the time so it should be easy on your grass. Parts and service are probably going to be a crap shoot in my area I'm afraid. Don't really know. It's running up and down my mountain really well and I'm going to test out some towing next week. Hope this helps
Have you had issues where it loses most of its power after about 5-10 minutes of running? The first 5 minutes it gets up and goes and can climb most hills no problem. But it’s like once the motor gets warm I can barely get up and tiny slope. Anything with some grade to it and it won’t move at all. Curious if you’ve had this issue?
Yes..., but with me it was user error. The parking brake hadn't been fully released. The parking brake light was out, but there was still a little tension applied. Can't say this is your issue obviously, but I have done this more than once. Also mine needs to have the foot brake pressed while changing direction and before applying the accelerator. Hope this helps.
@@thekingrexway yeah I’m aware of the brake needing to be pressed to change otherwise you lose all power, and it’s definitely not the parking brake that’s causing about an 80% loss in power. Have you noticed how hot your control module and motors get when driving around? If you swipe your screen it will show you that live info. It seems like once mine get to about 140 degrees is when it happens. Haven’t confirmed this for sure yet though. Will be doing more testing in the coming days.
I ran it pretty hard today, on the trails and some towing up and down my mountain with no issues. I'll take note of motor temperature in the future however.
@@thekingrexway Sounds amazing, I get about 5 minutes in and it turns into a power wheel from Walmart unfortunately. Looking forward to hearing what your temps get too. Thanks!

All of the clunking and squeaking, is that the doors and brakes? I’ve been looking at getting one of these for the farm/hunting.

Is it possible to buy it in Canada?

I just don't know that answer.
Google KANDI America and reach out.
🤞
Thanks for watching ✌️
@@thekingrexway I did many times. Ok
Where did you buy your?
And how much was it?
@@regislangelier4235
I purchased mine from a car dealer in GA.
Lowe's is now offering them for around $12,000
Does the seat move forward to accommodate a 5'4" driver?
No.
However... My wife has no difficulty operating this machine and she stands at 5' .
Thanks for the question and thanks for watching ✌️
