This was such a great video! Very motivating!! Your home always looks very cozy, but also airy and light, which is an awesome combination. I love the way you honor Dom and vice versa. I love homemaking as well and you’re absolutely correct, we each have jobs in our homes to accomplish that use our individual strengths and talents! I’m so sorry that anyone would take issue with how your household responsibilities are divided between you. This coming December will mark our 40th wedding anniversary and I’m so thankful to have a spouse who supports me in my roles as wife, mom & grandmom. I believe Dom to be such a man. I have found him over the years to be thoughtful, kind, loving, with a good sense of humor who makes you laugh and smile! Sending lots of love & hugs to you 🥰❤️❌⭕️🤗🙋🏻♀️🌺

Housekeeping before children. I miss those days. It took me 4 hours on a Saturday to do all my deep cleaning and it would stay like that till the following week. Now it’s about 4 hours daily it feels

I'm so impressed with your organisation and how you clean. It does feel very satisfying I must say. I spent three hours yesterday cleaning my flat and felt really good afterwards.
you have such a lovely home, love the idea of setting the timer. have you thought about switching the lounge n dining area around? sometimes repurposing space bring a new mindset? I often move the furniture round just to reset my mind and living space. usually couple times a year I move it round to fit with how we use our space. hope your dad is feeling better x
That's a great idea, switching the lounge and dining area - it looks amazing as it is, but would also look good the other way. We change our furniture around loads 🙂

I’m married 28 years and the secret to our very happy marriage is that we each play to our strengths and help each other with our “weaknesses” for want of a better description! I set my timer for 90 minutes and was almost done with the last room (my kitchen) when the timer went off. Of course, I finished and it only took an extra 10 minutes, and I am done with tidying my home😊 Now taking my pup for a walk. It’s a wonderful feeling to have accomplished what I was putting off doing. Thank you for the motivation!!❤️

You should look for a different place to put the cat fountain. It will get debris from stairs and front door and will quickly get manky.🤪. Thank you for another inspirational video always a good way to kick start cleaning juices. Cut flower stems at an angle more surface for water absorption.

Anyone got tips on walls? Mine are beige and my two kids are always scuffing, marking them and no matter how I try I can't get the scuffs off. I think it'll just be a new paint job every 12 months because they are relentless. 😃

Thank you for the inspiration! I think it's funny that people question others ways of keeping their house. I always just figured that Dom does things around the house also. My husband is a commercial cleaner, so for him it's like working at home. He helps out, but I know for him it is like being at work. So I don't get upset if he doesn't always get to stuff. I just got a stick vac and I am looking forward to how much easier it will make things. ☺️
