I'm a traveling nurse and am in a remote part of alaska right now for 5 months just got here last week and I watch ur videos because hearing ur voice makes me feel less lonely being so far from home . Thank you . :)
Good ideas. I like all the very easy ones to do like the last one ( cabinet doors ) and the stickers in a frame. I am not that crafty. But they were all good👍👍👍👍
My teenage granddaughters are really into the macrame and yarn wall art. Their family just moved into a new home and boho is the theme each of them is doing. This video couldn't have come at a better time. I want to make something for each of their rooms and you given me some great options. 🌈
HI🖐️ JUST CAME ACROSS YOUR CHANNEL,AND LOVE IT ! AS A MOTHER OF AN EMPTY HOUSE NOW I HAVE TIME AND MONEY TO DO A BUNCH OF CRAFTS. YOUR CHANNEL CONTENT IS AMAZING . THANK!! My lil apartment looks so cool😊
I love that you show Your mistakes and what you do when you change your mind. That is one of the main things that keeps me from trying some DIYs - is the fear of mistakes.
They’re all so incredible.!!! I also love that you weren’t afraid for us to see the actual art of « no I don’t like this » and changed it to you’re satisfaction. Liz, you are brilliant. I loved them all again. I feel silly to say that every time you make something. But, I do. Ty. 🥰❤️
Love your channel.. could you do an episode on what certain basic tools we need to make things at home..? I’m stuck on this part..thank you in advanced
Good afternoon beautiful Liz! I love how you put so much effort into these beautiful pieces. Thank you for sharing another beautiful video. Have a blessed weekend.
Love the Sacramento and rope! The doors would be great painted mountains. Please add more Sacramento and painted flower barn stars for the primitive decorators
I absolutely love the macrame wall art with the stick and wool roving. I have hybrid willows that are light in weight and white colored when they have the bark sanded off. I will be replicating this for sure. Thanks for sharing
I love the way you show your mistakes and then show us how you corrected it to your liking. You can also use a stencil with the joint compound and make the compound thicker inside the stencil. I did a small one on a wall in my laundry room. The stencil I used was a fleur de li. (spelling?). Which is French for flower, representing the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Substitutes for a 15, to 20 dollar pattern plaster troll. Kitchen fork, garden troll, comb, etc. anything with teeth and sturdy to be able to pull through the plaster. I do not know if the Dollar Store still has this or not. I bought a pack of ten combs, the pack ranged from normal to wide tooth teasing combs to mini combs. For a dollar these combs are very strong. Cost, less than 12 cents a piece per comb. I have only used one comb for its intended purpose, the remaining 9 are in my craft tool drawer. We all have seen the hack of using a fork to hold a nail while we hammer a nail into the wall. A comb works the same way. I have hit these combs with hammers and they did not break. Combs are one of the cheapest tools I have and they are very handy just think outside the box
Your jute twine art piece is gorgeous...you create the best art work, I love it!❤️ I love your place mats art work as well, so beautiful! I love the moss green...your blue looks great!😊 Your wall art painting turned out beautifully! Your compound art piece turned out beautifully as well! Your stick wool piece looks amazing! Your cabinet doors turned out absolutely beautiful!😊 Great art pieces Liz, I love them all!!! As always Liz, thank you for sharing all of your hard work, creativity, talent and inspiration! Stay safe, healthy and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊
I really love your wall art. I am so glad you put this treasured piece on line. This is one of my love for macrame. Thanks for giving me a heads up on a different type of design. Love your work girl!!!
Liz, you’re such a delight to watch, you have a great presence and calming way about you that makes everything possible! Thx for sharing your creative talents! My son with Aspergers enjoys watching you too! ❤💕🙂
Wow, that macrame rainbow is stunning!! but Liz, you know blue is your favorite color.....I just knew you were not going to like that first color, but that is the beauty of art, you can change it until you like it. Fantastic job!!! Blessings.
Hi Liz! I did the twine art on a smaller scale. I did it on an 8x10 canvas and I also wanted different texture and some color. I used the jute twine, macrame cords and some dollar tree moss green yarn. It turned out pretty awesome! You have such great ideas! Thanks a lot! I also made the macrame wall hanging…but I used two different coordinating colors of wool ease. Then I alternated them on the dowel rod. And instead of making the little sections of “balls”, I took half the yarn from the first color and half of the next color and put an invisible hair tie around it…about an inch down. Then I took the half that I didn’t grab in the second color and grabbed half from the next bundle over. Again, about an inch down and put the hair band on it. I continued this all the way across. The next level down I took only that color and put a hair tie on it about an inch down. Continue across the row. Keep alternating these two steps as far down as you want. What it does is creates “diamond” openings . I finished the bottoms with just collecting each bundle color and making that “ball” with fringe hanging below. Trim to even it up. Looks cool.
I love your ideas!! and thank you for showing your process, especially your re-do's. When I try to be creative and it doesn't come out right on my first try, I tend to think I don't have enough talent. But you make me believe I just haven't determined the best way to do it yet!! Plus, I always have an Exacto knife. (I just never know where it is) ; )
Good God, Girl---do you work hard or what?! Love all the creativity and inspiration you manage to come up with. So happy to see a woman handling power tools, too! I'm so impressed I had to subscribe!
❤️❤️❤️ the cabinet idea!! My husband works construction and brings me home goodies all the time to diy. I'm going to see if he can get me some cabinet doors lol! Thanks for the inspo!
Liz,I have been loving so many of your videos. I don't have a headboard for my bed, and have been looking for a way to DIY something. There are so many things in this one video that could easily be altered to make a wall decoration to use in place of a headboard. Any one of the rainbow style ones, I especially think that the one you did with the white rope and died the ends, and the last one you did with the cabinet door could both work. What ever I use has got to be very easy and also very apartment friendly. Thanks for all your great ideas.
So many ideas and so many to fall in love with but I definitely am in love with No.9.. really great design/idea, for the middle or decor for a single window
Wow thank you for the painting project. I have been seeing some paintings that I thought I may be able to do something similar but didn't have the courage to try. Seeing you do it makes me sure I can do it. Same with the textured wall art. I loved both of your projects. Thanks Liz.
I made a couple of wall art hangings (& 1 for the bathroom) after seeing you make #1... & attempted to attach photos to this comment... but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks! Darlene
It is super easy to paint a simple abstract. I don’t know why people feel so intimidated by it. I did 3 already and my home now looks like a gallery :-) ❤️
I really like all the wonderful ideas for artwork. I especially liked the two prints you got off of Etsy. Could you tell us exactly where on Etsy you got these please. Thanks! Great video
Another great video! Can anyone give me insight on glue guns! The one in description, is that good for most all these DIYs provided I use the right glue sticks? Please help, thx!🙂💕

That first one would look good also exposing some canvas, perhaps painted in a different colour.
Great idea!
The wool hanging w/ clips was my Favorite it’s Beautiful
thank you Liz for taking the 15 seconds to remove the plug cover. It really gets to me when I see someone spend 5 minutes taping over it.
My teenage granddaughters are really into the macrame and yarn wall art. Their family just moved into a new home and boho is the theme each of them is doing. This video couldn't have come at a better time. I want to make something for each of their rooms and you given me some great options. 🌈
I bet the girls would love to help you create the wall art.
