Great song that I now can play and practice my timing on. Also that rhythm change to swing that was the trickiest part to start and stay in time
There was some room noise of my time keeping with the left foot bleeding from a mic I forgot to switch off :-/

Thanks Ruaridh! It's like a new era where finally some songs are not months worth of struggling to finally record them after a dozen takes 😀. These are songs I used to play along to without really stopping to learn them. Meaning they where not that far away. I'm enjoying your videos too and seeing your progress is really amazing for the time you've been playing.

@@ironjuan Thanks Juan. There's a real benefit in re-visiting those songs from a while ago , and then suddenly you can get them so much better with just a little push.
My practice at the moment has two sides to it : 1 getting some solid repertoire together for playing out in public, and 2 developing my technical ability. I reckon the reason I haven't recorded much lately is that I'm spending too much time on 2 - learning songs at the outer edge of my ability that I can play Ok for myself, but that can't take the extra pressure of recording or playing out
