DC Police reveal a new police helicopter and drones for Washington

- The DC Police Department are replacing one of their helicopters and introducing, for the first time in Washington, a new fleet of drones to assist with law enforcement in the Nation's Capitol. The drones will be used for a variety of activities, including monitoring large crowds.

Drones help big time with surveillance and stealth operations.
Glad to see they have this upgrade to a newer model. The technology is vital with the congestion and crime rate. A great decision on the part of the city.

That VH-92 Patriot is one sexy chopper! I'm hoping that Trump starts flying in it when he gets back in office! They test that tjing every single day, all day. I wonder how many flight hours the pilots need before they can carry the President? I also wonder if they've re-designed the White House lawn in order for the VH-92 to land without destroying stuff?

I got to ride in a helicopter. It wasn’t planned. It was enough room for a transport person, pilot and patient, me. I could touch the helicopter ceiling. Was able to see out the window to my left. Turned my head to the right. Then looked over my shoulder to see the transport person and then the pilot. The emergency people gave me lots of aspirin to chew and nitroglycerin. Couldn’t give too much because of Low blood pressure. That was given under my tongue. The monitor was right in my face. I knew I was having a heart attack. I saw the ST elevation on the monitor. This type of heart attack is called a STEMI. It’s an acronym for ST elevation myocardial infarction.
It would be cool if you could do a video on an emergency helicopter. Do a behind the scenes. Realize you wouldn’t be able to film a patient. Maybe a tour of the emergency helicopter, staff and equipment. Don’t know if there is TH-cam videos on this subject!!!!
