Burgess & Niple is the engineering/architectural firm that did this. My father did the plans, our family had to move to Coronado and live as the bridge was built. I was in the 2 car driving over the bridge. My mother wouldn't go. Lol fear of bridges! Especially that bridge! Thanks for the memories!
We stayed there in Coronado island for a week and explore the whole island. Very beautiful island and nice restaurant and the people are nice as well. I wouldn't mind going back there sometimes! Thank you for sharing!

I went on that bridge before to go to a birthday party, and I was biting on my fingers cause it was so high and I was scared it’s Angel again

I used to sleep in a sailboat in the free moraine area before the got rid of it.
So thats how the famous bridge is so amazing great experience to drive over that beautiful place. Safe Drive always
