Just did this yesterday. AMAZING. I'm not into racing or anything like that but this feels amazing. You have full control and you blast those revs all the way to red and paddle shift up to the next gear. Just AMAZING.
Do they allow us to give our 100 percent or they restrict us to not speed too much? I'm a kart racer so want to give 100 percent while driving this car that's why I'm asking.
Also, do they give us some simulator practice before going on the track or are we directly allowed to go on the track? I mean there is so much to be told to us like braking points and all that!
@@aarinesfahani you will follow an instructor who will adjust the speed dependent of your skill. he will speed up the pace so you can drive as fast as you can. there is no overtaking allowed on your own but it is possible to overtake other groups of cars (together with your instructor)

hey Rudolf very nice video and sound of your adventures on the Yas Marina track ! i am going to Yas Marina on holiday on the 21st of May untill 26. I am passionate about F1 , so i would like to experience the F3000 drive. The time slots are one hour. How many laps can you do during one session in this F3000 ? How many laps do you do as a passenger during track acclimatisation in a road car? Is it only on the shortened track or the full F1 track? Thanks for answering, Jan from belgium
just did this, working on my vid now. instructor slowed group down on the straights a bit, looked like you were topping out faster and carrying more speed in turns than i was. first time in a single seater, i think after one run under my belt i'd be quicker in a session now, although it might be some time until the next one!
Hey Daniel, the times, speed etc come with the software using the GPS data from my Contour camera. Not sure if GoPro would do the same for you. But the car has 2 cameras (you can see I used the footage from one of them in the bottom left corner of my video). I think the other one showed some telemetry but I like mine more so I didn't use that.
