if you are interested in completing a disorder team then yeah Jane works well with her as expected, but not a must pull since you already have an anomaly team going
If you are planning to build a Burnice + Jane comp you'll want to drop Seth since he buffs only one character at the time. Lucy will always outcompete Seth for total team damage for this reason. The positive part is Lucy is a lot easier to play than Seth but you'll also will need to build another character.
I've done that and after a day of getting used to that team - SHE'S SO GOOD AND FUN! Will try to finish my Lucy build and try a different team but so far that Jane - Seth - Burnice trio is really fun 🫡

Burnice makes Jane 10x better
It will be a great combination a pull her just with 10, and her abilities with Jane doe is gonna be a killer team without a doubt.
