Thank you for sharing your genuine experience. Also please keep me in your prayers, i have worked really hard all by myself for applying student visa. family is not mentally supportive, somehow secured scholarship, accommodation. Now worried about visa rejection. Anxiety, sleepless nights.. just a prayer will do so much.

I have a follow up question from before. I asked you in your last video about the time of arrival of the BRP. Fortunately, I have got the BRP however, the date of issue on the brp is different from when I received the email of approval of my visa. Is this something that needs to be reported or is it normal? What does the date of issue in the brp tells anyway? Is it the date of the visa approval or the date when the card was printed or issued??
Hey bud, thanks! I am unsure about this issue. When I got my graduate visa decision, the decision date and the starting date on my BRP was the same. So, I would recommend you to call home office using their phone helpline. Ask them if this should be a cause of concern.

i applied for standard visitor visa to participate in my brother’s graduation ceremony. i done with biometric on 18th dec. Still now now update. i am from bangladesh. My brother brought 2 invitation letter form me and my father. Can you please tell what’s the reason for delaying the visa if you know?
I know someone in my connections who got visitor visa approved on the 8th week even after having the invitation letter. I suppose sometimes it takes longer time.

Hey! There were no placement fairs conducted. However, there were different kinds of fairs that could help you network, or build your skills to crack interviews. The scenario here is different than what we have in India.

I completed my MBA in International marketing and have 9 year experience in sales & marketing for engineering products. I gave plenty interviews but consultants are asking how many years of visa you have. I have PSW visa now and I am loosing my faith as I have experience and International degree but still no professional job.

Even though u had past experience and great approaching method for jobs it really took long for visa sponsorship. I really hope u did cross the threshold of skilledvisa worker. Some Uk companies be like:- Ask anything but not visa sponsorship
Hey! Yes, I was able to cross the new threshold. Yes, most companies straightaway say no to visa sponsorship for non-tech/stem roles
Congratulations! Just one query, you mentioned that you did not put down your papers with your previous employer until your visa sponsorship application got approved. Considering, you need to serve a month's notice period, wont you be in breach of skilled worker immigration rules? Given the fact that your new BRP has arrived and you would still be working for the old employer, which isnt allowed.
Thanks, Divyesh! I think the rule you are referring to would have applied if I was on skilled worker visa already. In my case, I was on Graduate Visa and it is not linked with any employers. So, I didn't face any issues.

Hey Ritwik, Congratulations on getting a Sponsorship Visa. What is the duration for reaching the decision? On the visa. My Employer has assured me to give me the visa, but I need to know the minimum period so that I can plan my vacation in advance.
Hey Kunal, thanks a lot! If you opt for priority service then the decision comes within a week. Mine took only 2 days with priority service.
