    11 things to delete:
    -Narcissist "friends" and "family".
    -Social media.
-The news, media and newspapers. Only for direct dangers or calamities in the neighbourhood or in town.
-Political conversations. Everybody has a right to have their own opinion. Everybody also have a right to remain silent about it. There are better things to talk about.
    -Drugs and alcohol.
    -Hoarding and clutter.
    -Negative self talk.
    -Junkfood.
    -Too much coffee and sugar.
    -Road rage.
-Using a phone outside and in traffic; leave it at home. Turn it off. Nobody is important.

I agree whole heartedly. If we all could learn these concepts at an early age as a foundation for life this could have very profound effects on the whole human race. We all need this wisdom to break free of the negativity holding us back from our true potential. The way we currently live is not leading us to a good future. The example we show our children isnt teaching them anything useful in life. Our society is broken. I feel this way of thinking is a good place to start. Then when enough people get it maybe we can start evolving again twards what we are meant to be....

Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't.
Realize hurt is caused by you caring about the person who is hurting you.
Only after realizing the hurting you are feeling is not part of a relationship you may think it is. The relationship is all one sided.

I don't participate in other people's gossip or their relationship woes as it's none of my concern and that I look at them when they're forcing the issue and simply state " if you can't leave drama at the door, then please don't speak to me or leave" and this usually accomplishes exactly what I want ...their exit out of my life and that nipping it in the bud has always saved me a lot of grief

I wish I had started watching these videos a long time ago. It would have saved my relationship with my son and my 6 grandchildren that I cherish so much. I still suffer from my loss and wish I could take back my harmful words and behavior😢. As I watch these videos the more I can see how immature and self centered I am. The positive thing is that I did come across you videos and I am now using them as tools to self growth. It is never to late to change and break bad habits. Thank you for sharing!

When we base our actions and decions on the quest for approval we drift away from who we truly are and what we genuinely desire
Its like constantly trying to wear an outfit that doesnt fit just to please others
This really get me into being myself

    • @WayOfWisdom1
      @WayOfWisdom1  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

Absolutely! It's liberating when we prioritize authenticity over seeking approval. It's like shedding the ill-fitting layers and embracing our true selves. Keep being genuine; that's where true fulfillment lies.

1:00pm It's a reality that is too extraordinary to negate; I was feeling like I'm all that and a bag of chips after telling my creepy landlord things I've held inside for over a DECADE! I just got off the soapbox and was made to watch this video. Now I know how I only lowered myself to his level of awfulness. I realize now that I too am just as capable of having the assholeness of which I shall never ever ever want to be. It's those rare occasions when I think I'm so right; but I'm so wrong 😔
