I've never had this but I love puddings and will definitely try this one. I'm guessing there was about 1 or 1 1/2cups water in the pan to start with. Also, I'm wondering how long to put the pudding back in the oven to cook the glaze. I'm going to try about 10mins and see how it looks. Thanks for a great dessert idea.
