I have been in the New Whisky Jar when it first reopened the person who owns it also owns The Flying Haggis In Los Cristianos, we will be staying at The Tigotan soon which is near the bars so I will do you a video of the place soon.

That is strange you should spell it like that, the signage around the complex as started to spell the name with on L just like Compostella Beach they have also dropped the double L.
