No not for me. If you want the most for your bang. Buy a single wide new trailer with 800 square foot with furance and everything you need with two to three bedroom for $25000 or a little less. You will get more space.

As an extremely organized person, I appreciate how he utilized every bit of space in his kitchen, including having a pots and pan hanging rack! And love that his bathroom is yellow.

I so agree! he's so organized. My goal in 5 years time to go tiny. I already live in the city, in a small studio apartment. Therefore, I believe I can make it work living tiny. in fact, most tiny homes I see are way bigger than my studio . I would be upgrading actually. I also love the yellow theme in the bathroom. How cool would be to pick a spot and take your home with you.

This guy is very impressive how he lived in 2 tiny houses & he is telling the truth most of us don’t have 500 dollars saved for emergencies. Also a lot of us live beyond our means & working to death to pay for things that we knew we couldn’t really afford in the 1st place

There’s only one thing I don’t care for in this house, that is the bedroom loft. But that is a personal preference. I love how neat and well thought out this design is. Him living in a tiny home before gave him the chance to see what he does and does not want. The color of the bathroom is so bright and sunny.

He mentions that in the video. The foldout bed in the office seems to be his future plan, when climbing the stairs gets to be too tough. Heh, and then the cat has more of that space to play. 😻

I love everything about it except that too because I know I would bump my head! I personally would make the office my bedroom & possibly raise the ceiling in the bedroom. He has done such an excellent job though!
He looks like a Nebraska farm dude, but decorates like someone from HGTV. He has a very good sense of aesthetics.

Loved how thoughtfully this home was shared. The background information is super helpful for those still in the dreaming process. His home is well-appointed and beautiful. The setting is lovely. And I may be more than a little jealous of the space he has found to call home. That lot rent is amazing (says the one who lives in a tourist trap, so happily pays almost 3x that amount for the lot). 😇😳

Thanks for sharing! I think your house is everything a man needs. As someone who experienced the 2008 financial crisis in the same way, I think you have learned a great strategy about how to live. And as a fellow bacon lover, I would have had a hard time filming that without taking a break to sample!

Great information! I love being able to hear the natural sounds of the washer dryer and also the bacon frying! It gives us an idea of what it sounds like in a tiny home. Most of the videos done about tiny homes look so luxurious and rarely to you hear any of the noise that naturally occurs in or around the home. So this was very refreshing. I love this Tiny House. I love how he made a patio out side. I wouldn't mind living in this Tiny House. As he was cooking the bacon, it was making me hungry for some. I also loved how he lives simple.

This Tiny Home is really nice for a Simple Life. I like that he thought ahead about as he ages...he will be able to have a bedroom down stairs and not have to go upstairs. Smart move, Sir!!!

Tuned in late at night. Thought it would help me sleep. Couldn't stop watching and learning. Actually watched all season 2 . And started the first session the afternoon of the next day. This was probably the most realistic version of any tiny house living footage that I've seen to date, and I can't express how grateful I am for this. Oddly, even gives me more hope in having my own place someday (hopefully soon, if ever). Thank you to the channel as well as the awesome gentleman you interviewed!

Talk about living your best life! Allen's candor about why living tiny makes so much sense financially and all the tips he provides is truly valuable. Many people of all ages are looking for a better way, that doesn't involved being mired down in traditional debt for decades. Going tiny may be a process as most of us will have to rethink and significantly pare down our possessions, but this shows you don't have to skimp on the things you truly treasure to do it. I love the creativity going tiny provides and the opportunities to create a bit of home outdoors as well. I've seen hundreds of tiny home tours and this is one of my very favorites, cheers!

I thoroughly enjoyed your tour of your tiny homes. As well as your free advice on tiny living since I’m considering it myself. I too had a life change with the death of my husband. Our home is too big for me now and there is the issue of upkeep as I grow older bc I’m 60 . Back to you! Your current tiny house is lovely and I love the way you have made it uniquely yours. Being single gets lonely and you have apparently gained friends along your journey. I hope you continue enjoying living big in your tiny home.

It's a lovely home. I really like the yellow in the bathroom gives it a nice pop of color. The one Holderness very clever.mgreatbuse of space. I feel the same way about Mason jars to, they bring a pop of color and texture to the kitchen, makes for easy cleaning and not a lot of waste that goes to a dump every week. For me I need thw extra counter space. Your kitchen is super cute. I don't know why people don't hang their pots and pans. Mine are on the wall with a sign that says pot farm. Lol, saves so much space and back problems from bending over all the time.

Congrats! Very nice tiny house and wonderful place. There is oly one thing I will never understand: Why do they dry their clothes in a dryer after washing? It is such a nice job to hang the fresh washed and wonderful smelling clothes outside in the fresh air. With or without sunshine.

This tiny home is so neat and organized, and the space utilization is excellent, with consideration for future to convert utility room into a bedroom..love the colour scheme and the beautiful potted plants , the patio area is just awesome for entertaining friends and having BBQ.

But he said the water heater heats his water but also has a pipe that goes around the perimeter of the home?
@@TheKonnoisseur11 It's just a hydronic radiant heating system... There's been homes heated that way for nearly as long as there has been boilers in homes... Typically, the modern version, uses a heat exchanger to transfer heat to a glycol mixture (so it won't freeze or develop other water issues when not in use) and circulate that through the space that is to be heated.
The version in RV's are usually tied to the engine system or fuel, like using diesel for a furnace that also runs the Hydronic radiant system. While house versions usually work with tank water systems but there are versions of the system that can work with on-demand heaters... Tank system just has the advantage that it can heat slowly and get up to temperature, requiring less power to run, or can use the heat exchanger to make use of other heat sources like a wood stove, the sun, etc.
