If u adjust the placement of skill 1 and make it hit more targets it will heal more the reason why skill 2 enhanced heals more because it hits all target
Skill 2 still has better spellvamp, just look at the skill description, enhanced skill 1 and 3 has 50% spellvamp while skill 2 is not written(or 100% to be exactly)
The third skill is also to stun the enemy when ur running away or in just a really good set especially when a hero like tigreal or atlas ult its a really handy skill so no i dont think the thurd skill is useless

Idk if julians skills are counted as basic attack but lifesteal is for basic attacks and spell vamp is for skills, so julian is using spell vamp not lifesteal :)

It's not that effective since when you're low health you'll be more likely to retreat other than engage because you'll just disappear if your enemy has a sky piercer, just use his combo in different situations, 2 3 1 for burst, 2 1 3 for AOE and 3 1 2 for dash or dodging skills like Aldous's ult
Bro your skill 2 not hit the enemy when you use enchanted skill 1 of course its heal you less(when skil hit enemy julian gain 15% hybrid lifestell, stacked up to 45% ) so if you miss firts and second combo you lose more hp regen

The enhanced first skill is so op for 1v1
In the first round, you didn't get 3 stacks thats why it healed less and it only hit 2 leylas. If this was 1v1 1st skill would heal more than others
