The Halo 2: Anniversary cutscene are still beautiful to see. It would be neat to return to Delta Halo / Installation 05, unlike Alpha Halo / Installation 04, 05 still exists, though is likely partially glassed to deal with all the flood that was still there.
I forget which Halo novel it is but after the events of Halo 2 it tells of the epic civil war space battles with the High Charity fleet above Delta Halo. I believe it was being observed by a stealth UNSC ship watching the ships battle it out in space. It also told how the Flood were using Covenant ships to try and escape the ring and how they were being obliterated by the Covenant ships trying to stop them from leaving along with also glassing the surface of Delta Halo to contain the Flood because the entire ring was contaminated. I believe the book is Ghost of Onyx but I can’t remember. Anyways it’s a good read!

@@Dizzy5996 I mean, the Prophets' names tend to be quite ironic in nature. Mercy was ruthless, Truth lied, and Regret was reckless. I'm sure one with the name "Tolerance" stirred up racist sentiments in the Covenant, or one with the name "Judiciousness" made an awful lot of political purges. It goes to show the madness of the San'Shyuum and what power without checks did to them.

Looking back on it, I wonder if bungie made correct choice by having 2 of the 3 prophets die in cutscenes. I know boss battles aren’t a strength of theirs but it could have been an epic part of the game/series
What was stopping the gravemind from making its own ships and escaping? It presumably has all the knowledge of the forerunners, ancient humans, all the members of the covenant, and modern humanity, surely as it had 2401 Penitent Tangent logic plagued, it could disable any defence and containment systems, misappropriate sentinels and build a fleet of ships to take over the galaxy.
Offensive was probably going to try and contain the Endless, but I doubt that will happen with 343's loss of employees. As for me, I'll probably either try to help humans in some way or continue not having an impact in the modern universe.

He then traveled to a Forerunner gas mining facility in Threshold's atmosphere, whose refitting as a Flood research facility he had overseen eons past Lol took this from google its not all of it tho
Since day one, Halo infinite looks and feels empty. This video has confirmed it again all scenes in H2&H3 have meaning and you can feel it when all characters talk! Bring it back in whatever the next halo will be called . Oyeah don’t scamm us with your 500M fake pay to win multiplayer skins
Delta halo will always be one of my favorite parts of the halo campaigns. Such a cool location and moment when you arrive there

More or less, yes. The only game that also got a novelisation that expanded the events of the game was Halo CE, with Halo The Flood.
