Developing a UK Response to the Global Biodiversity Framework

In December 2022 parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) adopted the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) - an ambitious pathway of goals and targets to reach the global vision of a world living in harmony with nature by 2050.
With facilitation from the Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC), the four countries are now working together to prepare the UK National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) to meet the commitments we made at COP15.
