A healthy diet helps a paralysis patient to recover fast. As we all know, paralysis is when a person loses their muscle movement due to brain stroke. As patients used to work before the stroke generally, but after the stroke, due to brain injury, they cannot move their muscles, which resulted in paralysis. This paralysis usually occurs due to brain clots, brain hemorrhage, or brain injury, which eventually results in loss of muscle movement. When a patient's right side of the brain gets damaged, their left side of the body stops their muscle movement, and similarly, when the left side of the brain gets damaged, the right side of the body controls their muscle movement. It becomes difficult for a patient to recover when they suffer weakness and muscle atrophy. So this video will help paralysis patients to recover fast. The patient gets paralysis, and they are advised to go for an MRI ct scan. There are two types of infract Hemorrhagic infarct and non-hemorrhagic infarct. Brain clot usually occurs due to high blood pressure, high sugar levels or high cholesterol. At the same time, brain hemorrhage occurs due to high blood pressure. Blood thinners are typically used to prevent blood clot as blood clot stops the flow of the blood.
Similarly, they are also used during brain clots to prevent further damage to the brain. While if the patient suffers brain hemorrhage, then they are not advised for blood thinners. So it is essential to know the reason for the stroke.

Along with that patient must avoid potato, rice, sugar, and maida. We also advise the patient to go for a lipid profile test to check the cholesterol level. The patient can also take walnut and almonds by soaking them overnight in water. And if there is muscle atrophy, then the patient must take a protein-rich diet. Always make sure that there is flavor in the patient's food so that they eat it correctly. We can also use olive oil and desi ghee for the preparation of the food. So a good flavor diet is also essential along with the fruits, but the patient must avoid citrus fruits. Nondiabetic patients can eat papaya, Chiku, custard apples. And Patients with diabetes are advised to eat a cup of fruits in a day. Along with it, steamed salad and soup are also beneficial for the patient.
Eating a healthy and proper diet will help the paralysis patient. Working on the brain, along with medicines and diet, aids in recovery in the paralysis patient.
