I like them. They look really good on ya. I am 46 and I started wearing glasses when I was 8. Back in 2008 I got contacts and I love them. I still wear glasses at times. And because I am near sighted like you, The contacts aren't strong enough to read small print so I have to wear reading glasses. Trent Walker No, the ophthalmologist has to test my vision, dilate eyes, write out and send in which prescription is what for each eye. I also have to see a specialist each year due to a vision impairment called ROP. Retinopathy of prematurity.

LASIK doctors say the treatment is recommended for myopia less than -6 diopters. Her prescription seems to be far beyond that. The stronger the prescription, the greater the risk of the side efect.
