Vango Icarus 500 DLX with optional awning 2023

First trip out with the new @Vango Icarus DLX 500 Awning attachment, August 2023 at Glen Nevis campsite, Fort William.
Having had its predecessor for 15 years which never let me down, I purchased this set up in the summer. Love the modifications from the old one including the midgie fly net on the front door of main tent body.... Please note the Awning does come with ground sheet, I just choose not to use it.

Amazing set up. I have just bought this tent . I am new to camping. Go on holiday in July camping site. Looking forward to setting up and many trips with it. Great video .

Hi Chris, great setup mate. I’ve just bought the Icarus so super interested in your setup. Firstly your double bed…is that a blow up bed on a camp bed frame??? Also what size is the table in the opposite corner to to tv by your seat please? Fits perfect 👍

The airbed is a double Intex blowup with inbuilt pump. The table was a seasonal purchase from B&M hope that helps

@@chrissolotourburns7889 Thanks Chris, do you think I could fit a standard double bed in the smaller compartment? We are putting a double like yours in 1 side but just trying to see what we need fit my daughter fit the other side. Cheers
