Goats r awesome, they love to climb, jump & play! As well as being loving, friendly & fun, they r just soooooo cute! I used to have a goat called Katie, she was such a character really loving who thought she was a dog & so she acted & behaved like a dog(lol)!?! She was the best & even though its been years since she passed, I still really miss her.
This could actually be a very fiendish and clever ploy, and I am willing to bet it is. A core tenant of Yoga is to find a center and stay there. It would most certainly be a challenge to stay focused and centered with happy young animals and mischief everywhere. Should you fall from your focus/center, youth and cuteness is at the other end. That's pretty spiff. Coming to an ability to find a center while accepting that many distractions are actually beneficial would be worth a trip there, at least to me it would. You; Peter Corriveau, are most clever.
This should be so stupid BUT it is not. I'm so confused it should seem ridiculous but they are cute little goats so somehow it all seems perfectly normal. I agree it is more laughter therapy also animals are pretty therapeutic anyway. I saw a reference to this on our British QI program so had to come and look. Thanks for upload made me smile.

Seriously, you can't get anymore ridiculous than this, I love my trendy wife dearly, but when she said she wanted to try Goat yoga & I heard it was nearly double the price of a regular yoga class, I told her that we're on a budget, take a regular yoga class & bring our Pitbull as along, she's bound to get the same results! 🤣

This is NOT yoga. Yoga, in simple words, is peace of mind. You cannot have peace of mind when goats are dancing on you. It's a good way to make money though
Yoga literally means "discipline" and in its original Hindu application has a much broader meaning than a set of stretching exercises (though these are included under the term yoga). Although I don't think the people running this farm understand the meaning of the word yoga, it seems possible that you could practice yoga under these conditions. I think it would certainly require discipline (in a mental/spiritual sense) to maintain focused peace of mind with a goat dancing on you, so in that sense, this could be yoga if done properly.
You could have peace of mind in the sense that it’s delightful and fun, but the type of yoga I’ve always done involves meditation. You can’t meditate with a goat on your back.
I'm guessing they only do this during kidding season. If they have enough does, they can stagger breeding so there will always be kids around. Goats are not a normal part of Yoga. It should be called Goatis interrupts my Yoga Session. You can't centre yourself with noise and getting trampled on.
