Last year I created an ancient philosophy quiz ("To pithanon ecypyrosis apeiron") and submitted it to ChatGPT. OpenAI's AI did very badly, because it calculated the answer by giving too much value to a word in the sentence and this led it to attribute it to a philosopher Heraclitus whose work emphatically repels another philosophical concept present in the sentence ("apeiron" was coined by Anaximander and used by Xenophanes, philosopher ridiculed by Heraclitus). Some time later, I applied the same test to another AI and the result was surprising. The same mistake was made, but this time the AI cited the ChatGPT test result that I had previously published on the Internet. Generative text AIs don't just infringe copyright, they do so by mixing good content with bullshit they invent themselves and inappropriate responses provided by other AIs. 😂😂😂
