      @@SmellyLemons5469it would sound like "Pyotr Drzevo", kinda hard to write how it would sound - there are many letters the Polish pronounce differently from English 😊 but you might try typing this name into Google translator - in Polish, then try listening to it.

    Daggerwin, there is a mod in the hub called "Pack Micro Tractors And Implements" by Erik isac, and Agro Mods, it is basically a modernized and upgraded/expanded Holder, they are still made, and are quite popular in other countries with small farmers, it comes with: plow, rice plow, rotary hoe, ride on brush cutter, and ride on trailer.

    The two wheel tractors are actually still manufactured today! They are common on small produce farms. The brand I'm most familiar with is BCS out of Italy. I have a couple with tiller boxes here in the States, but I know you can get sickle bars, cultivators, and moleboard attachments for them too.

    A friend of mine had a walk behind tractor like that called a Gravely. He had like a jockey seat that attached and trailered off the back and a sickle bar mower on the front.

    • @seanobrien7169
      @seanobrien7169 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I loved the Gravely! We had a trailer for ours, so you had three pieces to back. Great fun! That Gravely was a beast of a mower. Daggerwin will know exactly what we are talking about being into mower resto IRL.

    for the combine, if you want to make it cheaper you can combine multiple fields then you can do more for £1000. Also, most of the fields are close together without any hedges rivers or fences, so it will be easy to bring them together.

    I would plow the yard and plant some grass (1) for a nice grass yard & (2) if you plan on ever doing any silage or hay or grass bales in general. Maybe leave a track directly in front of the shed. You could leave the tree in the middle for décor. Also is there no contracts available , just to help you get started.

    My grandad had this big, bright orange push mower that the engine was easily removable and would also power a tiller and some other garden/lawn device. I remember what it looks like, but I don't remember the brand name or anything else about it. The engine stopped working and my Dad never fixed it. I was just a kid when I saw it. I have never seen anything like it since then. When we moved to our new house, my Dad got rid of it. It was really unique. I am trying to find something about it on the internet, the machine would have probably been new in the 50's or 60's, possibly even the late 40's.

    Dagg's - Small walking tractors are still used, especially in market gardens to do the beds. One such brand is BCS with power around 10-11hp and it has many attachments.

  • @lesscoRyden

    I don't have a Holder but its a walk behind tractor of sorts.. Super handy. It's a 15 hp Gasoline engine with a PTO on the front. It's a walk behind brush mower, a snowblower and a plow. I think they even make a wood chipper attachment for them, I have a 3 point wood chipper, so I didn't go for that but yes. its very nice for getting into tight places that my tractor doesn't fit or are too steep of grade to safely navigate on the tractor.

    I know a community for mentally disabled people where my sister lives that used this device. You needed to use a candle and crank to start up the diesel engine. It finally broke down permanently and now two of the residents are ploughing their two fields (similar size as in the video) voluntarily. They have a team in garden maintenance where these two work for. Kind of nuts to see them do that.

    To me, the charm and appeal of the original Vintage Survival back in FS19 was that you started off with hand tools and worked your way up to small vintage machinery, then larger vintage machinery. Is there a hand scythe style mod for FS22?? Because then you would be able to weigh the pros and cons of spending £1000 to rent the neighbors harvester for your small field, or using hand tools for "free" and but using a lot of time
