9 Locos from ebay for repair

- Another ebay purchase. 9 locos in one lot, various brands and conditions. Hopefully, I can create a Servicing Series for as many of these locos as I can work on.

Just seen this video & very surprised (and excited ) to see your ebay "win". I also bid on this - but you won it !! Congratulations. I was mainly after loco´s 6 [ Roco DB 213 or 215 ] and 9 [ DB218 ]. The "dummy" DB218 are often used as shop display model´s in Europe & there are quite a few going through ebay recently. I use these "dummys" to make double headed or pull & push train configurations in A/C ! I look forward to watching your restoration work on these. mm93.

I have one of those Lone Star OOO Class 24 diesels (EL60) and they aren't that hard to make go.
A nice simple "I can see how this works" mechanism.
Until Lone Star came along there was no RTR 2mm. scale model railways in the UK. Lone Star called it OOO as 2mm. scale is half OO. It wasn't until later that the term N guage took over.
Lone Star introduced and pioneered N Guage in the UK.

The rubber bands have perished so I am trying to find alternatives. I'm hoping a collector might be interested once I have it working. Thanks for looking. Cheers
