As per the new rules of NPCI, here is how you can perform an AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) transaction:
1. First, log in to the EzeePay application and click on Aadhaar Withdrawal.
2. Now, the retailer needs to undergo the first 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) verification of the day.
3. After verification, click on cash withdrawal.
4. Fill in all the customer details on the screen that appears, and enter the amount to be withdrawn.
5. After entering the details, click on "Step 1 Initiate Merchant Auth" as mentioned in the first step.
6. Next, the retailer needs to verify by placing their finger on the fingerprint scanning device.
7. After the retailer's fingerprint is verified, in the second step, you will see "Step 2 - Customer Auth and Submit." Click on this.
8. Clicking on it, you need to place the customer's finger on the scanning device for verification.
9. Once the customer's fingerprint is verified, your transaction will be successful.
Please Note: If any mistake is made during the entire process, your transaction may fail.

जिस भी रिटेलर की आई डी डिसेबल है और उन्हें अपनी आई डी फिर से एक्टिव करवानी है तो रिटेलर को अपनी KYC फिर से करनी होगी।
KYC करने के लिए नीचे गूगल फॉर्म का लिंक दिया गया है, इस फॉर्म में जो जो डिटेल्स मांगा गया है वो दे दें।
फॉर्म सबमिट करने के अगले दिन आपकी आई डी एक्टिव हो जायेगी और आप ट्रांजेक्शन शुरू कर सकते है।
