Now you know which wedding band is the most requested when it comes to matching your solitaire ring. I told you there is a lot more than just asking for a solitaire ring for your fiance so make sure you forward this video to your partner to let them know how to shop for the perfect solitaire ring! 💎✨✨
What is the last wedding band you showed with the yellow gold diamond? It's a solid gold band with geometric shapes. I love it! Is it available in white gold or platinum as well?
That would be gorgeous! One of my anniversary bands I have is a 8.4mm band with Marquise and Rounds 2cttw. The round diamonds are a row on top and a row on the bottom with the Marquise diamonds in the center and they are in a cut out pattern if that makes sense. They are North/South though. It's gorgeous so I would think the east/west thought would be gorgeous too. I will have to look through my pieces but I think that's the only piece I have that has Marquise cut diamonds. ✌️
Omg Bonnie! Ever since you made the east west emerald cut band, I've been wanting to see a radiant cut version as well! You delivered! I want a radiant cut band to go with a solitaire engagement ring!😍😍😍
I really enjoy your content! Have you ever considered creating videos for those on your side of the counter? I’m on my 4th year in the industry and I was hired as an office assistant/marketing coordinator BUT we are a small team of 3 so I dabble in sales from time to time. Example: what questions to ask a customer when they are shopping for an engagement ring. Just a thought!! I appreciate all of these videos tho!!
Bonnie you must tell us about your makeup! I know its off topic but you always have the prettiest lip colors on, I'd love to know what you use! 💖 also I'd love to hear more about elongated stones if you can, I love elongated cushions and ovals but its hard to find real information about them sometimes, esp for sizes/comparison
Thanks for the compliment! I will keep that in mind for makeup 🩷 As for elongated stones like cushions and ovals, they're stunning choices! They can give the illusion of a larger size and have a unique elegance. I'm getting it on the list for further videos 💎💍
I am so glad you ended the video talking about the metal used in a piece. It's super important to be mindful of the color of the diamond and what metal color will show off the diamond better. As an example I recently had my jeweler do an east/west oval in a low setting bypass. I wanted it set in YG. So I went with GIA Certified natural diamond, 1.72 cttw, color grade J, clarity grade Internally Flawless with my loose diamond. That way there was more of the sparkle. It cancels out the warm and it was an excellent price. Also I find that a lot of people don't research like I do what is the best measurements/proportions for the cut/effect you are seeking. Trust me I go all in when it comes to my pieces whether or not it's a custom or off the rack so to speak. When I buy loose for a project I also require that I see the stone(s) prior to the setting of it in the mounting/setting that I've chosen. I look over every inch of that stone and do my own calculations as well. One can have a beautiful piece no matter the color grade of the stone selected depending on the look one wants to achieve. I also have a piece that's two tone 3cttw with 111 total diamonds. The top center are 9 Princess cut diamonds set together in an outline border of WG surrounded by various sizes of rounds in WG and the shank are rounds and baguettes in YG. All of the diamonds are I in color and I3 in clarity. The top princess cuts give off a champagne color but still sparkles and the rest are blazing white looking even though they are I/I3. I would never go below that in color and clarity though in my opinion no matter if it's a natural or lab grown diamond. People do your research. Speaking of East/West I love those bands you showed in the video. ✌️
Thanks for sharing this! ❤️ It's clear you're very knowledgeable and passionate about your jewelry choices. Doing thorough research and considering factors like diamond color and metal choice can indeed make a big difference in achieving the desired look and maximizing sparkle. I'm glad you loved our East/West bands as much as I do! If you ever need more guidance or information, feel free to reach out. ✨
I have a 3.43 princess cut solitaire with a white gold band and platinum head (white gold band so I can get it dipped to keep it looking new with no scratches). Tiffany style setting 2mm band. I have two wedding bands for either side of the solitaire u prong white gold with 8 diamonds on each band 1 carat total weight each. Sit flush how I like it. Absolutely gorgeous and sparkly but i am in love with emerald cut and want to upgrade to a 7+ carat emerald cut with tapered baguettes on the side (Harry Winston style). I have NO idea what type of wedding band you can have with that style ring if any. Should I just wear an engagement ring only and no wedding band to go with that style ring?
I personally emjoy having the slight warmth of yellow gold, and since my diamond is D clarity, it still looks pure white. Platinum makes me looked washed out
Initially I was looking 4 the cheapest ring 💍 on sale for Christmas?! N then I was looking 4 the shape?! Seriously baseball stadium shaped diamond?! Really funny!!!!!!
Bonnie, why is the wedding band worn first and the engagement ring second when the order of the proposal and the wedding band that follows is the natural progression of events?
Old tradition. They say the wedding band goes on first because it sits closest to your heart. However, I’ve seen women reverse their rings. I’ve also seen them split with the engagement ring on the left hand and the wedding band on the right hand. I say wear them whatever way you like. It’s your finger.
Hi love, thank you for asking, but unfortunately it’s not possible. I like to create complete pieces from scratch; in fact, my specialty is the diamond curation part of the process 💎
I sold diamonds for several years in a family business. I never liked the term “petite” when referring to diamonds. Tiny diamonds have tiny prongs…..I saw many rings come back for replacing a missing diamond. It’s a horrible feeling to look down at your ring and there’s a diamond or two or three missing.
I completely get that! Losing a diamond would be so heartbreaking 💔 It's crucial to strike a balance between aesthetics and security when it comes to settings

Hi Bonnie! Any suggestions on wedding bands to pair with a 2mm platinum 2ct round solitaire 4 prongs flush fit? Thanks!
I love the details of the bands provided in this video. It speaks to my engineering brain. You are made for people who love craftsmanship.
Thank you so much! This means a lot
I love my French pave because of the intricate design. The east west emerald cut is also beautiful. 🤩 the solitaire ring is gorgeous. 😊
We need a video like this but for emerald cut solitaires!

I liked it too!
Since marquise cuts are having a moment, what about an east -west marquise stone eternity band? I'm playing with shapes for my next anniversary 🎁

Is 2.0 your most popular stone size?
Is it possible to purchase just pa setting from you
