Kapersky antivirus informs me that google crome is accessing my webcam. I want to know the answer on why google chrome needs to do this? theyuha I had the same issue, you have to go into Accessibility then under the Privacy and security heading you will see Site Settings, this is where you will find the content settings.

yes , just mess around with the settings. ONLY SETTING ON CHROME bc i did some tht made me pay 200$ w Geek Squad to get my desktop fixed🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

When I click on 3 dots in the down to settings. Next page has nothing compared to how yours look meaning. There is no advanced option at the bottom.
I can't even scroll on the next page.

So what do you do if Google has taken it on themselves to decide what sites they will and will not allow you to use your webcam and mic for. I am literally perma blocked, "Blocked for my privacy," and so far no way to change that from a site I need to perform online work.
