I used this after both knee replacement surgeries, it was a game changer for me! Kept the swelling down so I could focus on movement and recovery! I recommend it to anyone having knee surgery!

I recommend to anyone who has knee or ankle surgery (the two surgeries I used it for) I had a full knee replacement 5 days ago..minimal swelling, I walked 1000 steps yesterday 750 everyday before that 1250 today and I’ve done all the stretches three times all reps!! I seriously cannot say enough about how good this machine is and how much it speeds up recovery and healing time… it put me hours ahead of people right out of surgery (it’s on you when you wake up after the knee replacement) it puts you days ahead of recovery time as I have 85 degree flexibility when seated right now and 0 degree (leg flat) when laying down… and it takes away the heat and swelling (I currently have minimal heat and the swelling is less than before the surgery) sorry I will stop now but seriously this is the best and most effective investment you could ever make in your recovery
