You can make a gym out of any of the rooms in this home…and you don’t necessarily need an elevator…for two stories??…all that land a pool can be built..y’all nitpicking
Nice place as an east coast version of his place in Malibu. However, one important thing missing. You can add a pool and gym equipment. It is missing an ELEVATOR. Especially for football players and his torn Achilles. I definitely would not want those stairs without an accompanying elevator.
@@MrGlenspace The house is so big, you could certainly carve out a closet or corner of a room and add in an elevator. They only cost about 50k plus the new walls surrounding things. Probably 150k all in. He can might be able to afford it.
There are so many bedrooms in this house you could make one a gym and still have room for your trainer to live you! They also had plans drawn up showing where you could fit a pool in the yard.

That house looks so familiar, is it by Club Way Drive? I might be getting it confused with another home in cedar grove
Hi Shaun, it is close to Club Way, but not on Club Way. Got to love the views from that ridge though!
@@Jeff-Suburbs-of-NYC I agree! The views from there are absolutely gorgeous.
On Crestmont Rd in Cedar Grove.

It might have electric switchable smart glass. I didn’t try all the switches to see.
Beautifully designed but lacks warmth. Needs more touches of color. Aaron, I'm a good designer. Hire me and you'll go from nice to WOW!!!
