It may seem aggressive to us but I don’t think the monkey is scared he seems more like a sad kid. They are primitive so he understands that. Sometimes we have to remember that understanding their way of communication is important regardless of what we think about it. It’s not cute to watch your cat drag a dead squirrel in the house but we understand that being a vicious killer is their nature lol. I’m sure in the wild a monkey doesn’t talk it out they snap at each other and move on about their day with no hard feelings.

So the story is xingxing was fierced because of too many visitors are getting close to her and disrupting her personal space, she still remembers her past where she was brutally traumatized by evil people and she lost complete trust in humans because of her past traumatic experience. Now she started trusting people especially Grandma, she doesn't trust anyone other than Gramdma, so grandma was protecting visitors from xingxing bite and grandma took the matter in her own hands but xingxing is still fierce, she just grabbed Grandma and made faces but doesn't want to hurt gramdma. And grandma also shown some strictness to handle xingxing. Note:- Only Grandma can handle xingxing.
