What phone do you have? Maybe the package installer thing is a Samsung only thing, but it should be the same for all other Android devices I've seen many comments about a blank black screen. Try downloading the armeabi APK instead and see if that fixes the problem.

This may or may not work, but go into your files app and go to the zip file of the chart you downloaded. Tap and hold on it and press open with and select Phira. I recently discovered that you could import charts this way so maybe this may work. If this doesn't work, try asking someone other than me because I'm not too sure what to do and I've tried my best helping and trying to figure out the problem.
