    Some of these hunters need to learn the rule of '1 shot, 1 kill' and the art of patience. That last moose kill was extremely sloppy

      Multiple shots in this video were pretty sketchy. Shooting when the animal is still on the move or at an odd angle etc. Don't like it when yuppies are so set on "I have to get one TODAY".
      I'm not a hunter, I'm a fisherman. But I know for fact sometimes it ain't your day, in fishing, you have days where you keep catching stuff just under legal limit etc. I don't take those because I'm not a yuppie pos. If I do catch something big enough to keep, I don't throw it in the cooler to slowly suffocate, I bonk it over the head with my blackjack and bleed it dry on the spot.
      We owe it as people who deal with live animals, either for sport or food, to be ethical and responsible.

    • @Jake_Redacted
      @Jake_Redacted ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Agreed, I understand shooting the animal again if you have another clear standing shot just for added measure, that is a very good thing to do, but if you're needing to shoot it again because you had a sloppy first shot, then you need more practice. I understand that not every shot can be perfect, trust me I know, but there is always room for improvement.

    Is there any sportsman around the US who would take a disabled person hunting? Although I appreciate the effort but most of the disabled hunts I have gone on are on over-hunted places and you are lucky to see anything.
    I am severely disabled from a welding accident. Luckily I can still walk. I had my 30th surgery last August and have around 70 pieces of Titanium in me. Amazing what #1000 of steel does to a human body when it comes crashing down on it...I broke my neck and back in 7 places, both shoulders, both arms, both hands and my left leg.
    I can do most anything healthy folks can do, just a bit slower and I can't dress ( I can, I just have to lay down ) or drag a deer. The rest I can do.
    God has blessed me with what health I have but I have a few dream hunts I would like to go on before I cash it in.
    I was planning on my dream hunt for a mature 6x6 Elk and bear when I had my accident. It has always haunted me but unfortunately every place I have inquired about was way out of my price range.
    Back in the 90's I had a 501(c)3 corporation that catered to the disabled and terminally Ill. It was a huge blessing but I was re-injured in 2002 and had to shut it down. Was on several tv shows back then but now that "I" an\m disabled, I am having difficulty finding Sportsmen who are willing to help.
    Thanks for you time

Somehow they must believe the long they hold off on pulling the trigger the public likes that. No we don’t and it will make me go somewhere else to watch sport hunting. And the amount of horrible bow shots on these shows is mind blowing. And they still show it then try and make excuses it’s ridiculous. If you can’t use a compound bow get a crossbow or stick with a gun.

    At about 7 min the dad with the 2 girls, if you look at both of the girls faces its hard to even tell which one got him. That is so awesome for many reasons but that means one had an amazing time just being there, just being envolved. I am not sure why but that really just hit home about doing things in a group and with family and friends. Hat's off to the parents who put that together. CONGRATS. To the girl who got it..... GREAT SHOT you should be proud.

Shooting on a plane parallel to the land, it's only in the air a few seconds. Shoot up into the sky, like straight up and it might come come down a half mile away. With hardly any energy. Granted, I know where you're coming from, but this is most likely an unpopulated ranch, in the middle of nowhere. Even if this is a coveted hunt, it's nowhere near crowded. Mas aceite somente a caça legalizada onde o governo vende licenças para os caçadores poderem abater tal animal. assim evitando demasiados abates desnecessários

It wasn’t a disgrace, those two shots effectively killed the moose, no need to ruin further meat when you could tell that it was going down and not going to run by it’s body language
