T Bone . I’ve loved watching you since way back to the fish stick days. Walked right by David Blanton at the turkey convention in Nashville years ago .and was sure hoping to meet you and Bill and maybe Mr. Waddell 😃but no such luck

Just the incredible will to breed even when they are dead on their feet amazes me! I shot a nice buck years ago 3 times with a rifle while he was chasing a doe and he would not stop chasing her. All 3 shots hit him in the vitals. But the drive to breed is incredible when they are that rutted up
I done the same. 3 in vitals dogging a doe with my 270. I thought I was missing, the 3rd one hit middle of shoulder and he finally went down. Other 2 were high lung shots, still don’t understand how he stayed on his feet until the 3 rd shot

Hyped up chasing that doe. But yeah. Still you would have thought ... he had no idea what happened either.
Damn near perfect. Only thing I can see is his front leg was tucked back a little but that was still right in there. Blood was pouring out exit. Just amazing will to live and breed
Looked just a touch low, especially with that steep angle. I’m wondering if he only got one lung, or maybe one and just barely the other. No doubt they’re tougher when that testosterone is pumping too!
