Went and saw the crew at CQ last week. Took my knowledge to Ellis Island and doubled up my $300 in about an hour. First time on a real table. Thank you David and Dennis
I was playing a $25 table at the Wynn. I bet $110 inside and the six hits. The dealer payed me $35. I tossed in a green and said "let's go to 90, I feel good about that six". He said, "that's called power pressing; I like it!" BTW sometimes it is hard to find even a $25 table at the Wynn, many times bets start at $50 minimum there. The six hit again and I collected $105. Fun times.
Thanks for this video. Been a BJ player forever and want to try the dice. Have done it a few times but really didn’t know much. Will be in LV in January and love this video for this rookie player. All of your videos have helped so thanks so much. The Orleans is our go to spot so hoping to have some fun and this will help. THANKS
@@markabrian1925 it was good.....learned a lot and got a lot more comfortable at the tables....i am hooked.....went again a few weeks ago and did better and was more relaxed at tables....played full table and also just a few folks
Beyond helpful! Easy to follow, very well explained but not crazy confusing. David love your stuff Alex, solid side work. Very much appreciate you guys Would love to come visit if I ever make it back to Vegas...been ages. Thank you for putting out this content.
Hey guys I love your videos! Where can I go to buy a craps table (full size) that leaves me with some gambling money afterwards. Any suggestions are appreciated! Keep up the good work!
Always amazes me how many players have no clue what they are betting. the worst are the ones that dont understand the order of operation for payouts and constantly interrupt everyone else's payouts thinking they have been "skipped" on a payout.
So let's say, for instance, I have $48 on 6/8 and it hits. It'll pay $56, I want to cover the rest of the numbers $10 each. What would be the best way to declare this? "$10/2 units on 4, 5, 9, and 10" feels too wordy to be correct
I just always have trouble doing the math quickly enough to tell the dealer exactly what to go to. I need a full on lesson on the odds and the payouts.
I normally only play one or two betting strategies, and I practiced doing the power pressing so much that it became second nature to me even before I got onto the table to play the betting strategy out. Even just practicing whatever strategy you want to play while watching live rolls helps too.
Place bets on the 6 or 8 pay $7:6. Place bets on the 5 or 9 pay $7:5. Place bets on the 4 or 10 pay $9:5. Buy bets on the 4 or 10 pay $2:1 minus the 5% vig.
Here's what I do to keep extra info out of my head. Only the 6 and 8 are multiples of $6. The outside numbers are all multiples of $5 If you get brain scrambled at the table, I just tell them how many UNITS to take my bet to. They'll tell you if you need to add more money and they'll give change of needed. Example: you have $12 (2 units) on 6 and it hits. You get paid $14. You can just say "bring me up 1 unit" or ask " how many units can I bring it up with my winnings?"
I believe that the dealer could get stuck on the math. I work with numbers all day long and do the same thing all day long and sometimes I just stare at the screen and cannot remember what to do. It is like all the supposed muscle memory is gone for a few moments. What is that?
What happens if you are too short to put the bet in the Come? That upsets me as I'm always told to place it in the Come but I am too short to reach it.

Easily the best video ever done on this topic. Well done, David!
Thank you I've been studying craps for awhile and was still not sure about this terminology. ❤️
It’s all about the phrase All The Way Up!©
Well done, nice explanations! Looking forward to stopping by in person next weekend!
My goodness, finally someone explained this !!! Thank you

BEST INFORMATIVE video you've ever done!!!

Awesome! Thanks for this
I love all the energy and the knowledge
Greate video! I love the information!

Love this kind of info. Great content
Great class!
How does the dealers split their tips?
you have to quote the "don't know", not the "anything"
I want to play craps with Dennis and Alex, with David and a student as the dealers.
Good presented, but what is across?
"Across" is all of the box numbers.
Why can you show the table right side up in this video but when you explain the props bets you have it upside down???
odd unit is a very strange idea. I will only lose it but will never win anything? Am I correct?
No. On the 6-8 a unit is $6 on everything else is in $5 units
So let's say, for instance, I have $48 on 6/8 and it hits. It'll pay $56, I want to cover the rest of the numbers $10 each. What would be the best way to declare this? "$10/2 units on 4, 5, 9, and 10" feels too wordy to be correct
"Press $40 outside"
$35 Place bet on the 5 pays $50 for $1.

Same here!! Please do one of these classes. How to quickly figure out what the payout is going to be. Ty

David should have said Make It Look Like 22 inside instead of Take Me Down To 22 inside.
When he cut out 81 instead of 84, as a dealer, it took all of my will power to not reach through the screen and correct it.
He caught it, didn't he. Knew it didn't look right.😉
You should never bet $36 on the 5 or 9.
Odds in the next universe.
Please do a class on how to figure out the payouts quickly. 🙏
They have this on their channel. It’s an older video.
Pressing is one of the dumbest things you could ever do statistically.
OMG another point Seven out shooter..... for the LOVE of GOD... PSO shooter.... work on the dice. :)

Stand next to the dealer.
