I am a Malaysian lady. I have watched some episodes of Nijangal. I am indeed shocked and broken hearted to witness the severity of social illness prevailing in India. The man in this episode speaks but his speech lacks conviction and strength of spirit. In all the episodes that I have watched, the men display similar traits. The women at times are able to stand up for themselves but generally the children are caught in between feuding parents and that places them in a situation that is a repeat of what the parents had experienced during their childhood. This is just one of those issues that i see being repeated in these episodes. There are other issues which i find difficult to accept like multiple illicit affairs among couples...what is happening to the indian men and women?

So sad no one wants to take the responsibility to look after that beautiful child.

Both parents are seen selfish...unable to sacrifice for the sake of the child... they do not deserve the child...it is truly unfortunate... best solution is to allow counselling to the better of the child and themselves as well... this process has to be monitored.. if it does not work out... although unfortunate, to allow the child to be brought up in a children home where the child be brought up in better circumstances away from parents who do not love her enough to make the necessary sacrifices for the sake of their child.
