How do you deep clean this ?
I use a baby bottle brush for the straw parts (built in straw and the detachable straw inside.) It's small enough to scrub both out pretty well. I also let is soak with sudsy water for a few minutes. The bottom says it is dishwasher safe, as well. But I have just been handwashing mine.

Ive always been hesitant with straw fitted flasks, ive had the vent system fail causing pressure on one model, and ive had anotber model were the strae kept detacting from the lid, is there any long term info you have that would ease my mind on getting one of these

Though, I am using a North face northern borealis, so the pockets may be bigger than the average backpack.
