All of their moments are amazing because you watch those scenes and they have these little looks as they both egg each other on and make sure the other is okay with what they're about to do and it is fantastic

I also love that, one of the first things Sally asked him, was if he had a change of clothes; she knew things were gonna get messy- that was a given to her, but she was still caring enough, to make sure Little Alex Horne would have something to wear afterwards…add the demented cackling, and secreting pieces of cake about his person, and that is my kind of woman haha.
Saying that, I’ve had a crush on Sally Phillips since at least 1997, when she played Sophie, the hotel receptionist, in ‘I’m Alan Partridge’; and, nearly a quarter of a century later, it’s not all that surprising that, due to her incredibleness on shows like this, I can happily say that I would have gladly taken Little Alex Horne’s place…even if it would have meant me being waterboarded haha.

When he goes in Greggs, he’s watched closely by the baker, to make sure he doesn’t try anything; if they see him coming, they quickly take as many pastries as they can carry into the back, just in case Alex gets any ideas when he sees the eclairs.
I imagine his birthdays are quite a traumatic experience; every time his wife brings out his cake, he starts shaking, and having flashbacks, like he’s a Vietnam veteran; he’s then so utterly traumatised, he doesn’t know whether to just blow the candles out, in the traditional way; or else pass the task over to his partner in crime, and let his “greedy bottom” attempt to extinguish them instead…or maybe that’s just me overthinking it haha.

Sally mentioned recently on QI that because of some weird physical problem in her brain, she essentially spent several months/years being continuously drunk. I now wonder if that time was during her taskmaster appearance.
It was not. She got salmonella in 2002 and she was on taskmaster in 2017, according to wikipedia.
I think she got a yeast infection in her brain. Yeast produces alcohol in fermentation or it might've been an effect of the infection. I remember that episode of QI.

Yeah, the time limits are weird and evidently often just refer to the basic planning time (before getting in the props) and/or the total filming time. I wish they wouldn’t mention them unless it literally is timed from that moment till the end.
Depending on the time of year in 20 minutes it could easily go through those levels of light. It's not bright daylight and it wasn't pitch black

He's said that Greg tells him to tie himself up before telling him to go to bed. He's talked about Greg letting him go to the park and where Greg lets him live. In one episode Greg says "Time for bed" and Alex says "Is it?" Then one of them pulls out a big dog's bed and Alex curls up in it right at Greg's feet. Even Greg constantly mocking Alex for being small when he isn't is kinky.

The kiss is actually really adorable. You can tell there's genuine affection between them, and that's always nice to see. ☺
The little back-and-forth dance going on is great - the whole 'do you mean it? Because I WILL' nature of it is precious. Alex comes in almost eskimo-kissing him, but then pulls back a bit, and Greg smiles even bigger because he thinks Alex might be chickening out. I mean, Greg's not the type to back down from anything, and you can see Alex backing up just a wee bit and questioning, and Greg just grins, because there's no way he loses, here - which is when he leans in further and gives Alex a break. And Alex kind of double-kisses just a bit, which is cute.
Also, the fact that they both close their eyes is adorable, though to be fair, it's reasonably unnatural to kiss with your eyes open.
What I like is that it's got a freshness to it, because - pretty sure they planned it, but didn't practice it, so that wee bit of awkward and I-really-don't-know-what's-going-to-happen-here stayed in, thus the sparkle. 🥰They're really quite good at what they do.
