@@Robocopter_fpv yeah that one came out quite well, amazing I didn’t crash 😂 I should have added another variation too, there is one more I wanted to add and forgot. Anyway, glad you enjoyed! 🤠🤠

I found your tutorials click for me somehow much better then others. I don't know what it is about the way you explain these tricks but whatever this formula you have it works really well. I managed to do this in a sim after a few tries after watching your video. At some point I will be brave enough to try smashing a real quad somewhere when weather permits!
@@sigsegv0x0b wow that’s super awesome for me to hear. Glad that they help you. With sim practice I’m sure you’ll be able to get it with your real quad too. Good luck! 🤞
Awesome tutorial and nice tips! Brace yourself, lots of barani videos incoming 😍 I never saw the Mavani, what a cool trick! Will definitely give it a try on sunday :)
I think what’s awesome is that, at least in my mind you came out of nowhere and you are a seriously bad ass pilot. You pop up on my feed all the time. I moved to more powerful motors because of the way you fly.
@@fpvwithpatrick I love 1950 KV motors. Can you give me some tips on motor timing and also your PWM rates? I had my motor timing on 24° and the PWM rates at 24 kHz low/high (then I started experiencing oscillation/twitches) Now I am on motor timing 24° and the PWM rates at 48 kHz low/high. (but it seems like I can’t stop at the “drop of the hat” like I used to be able to. I have to put a lot more effort into the “snap stops.” Like when you want to go from really powerful aerobatic move, to almost a complete stop. I can still stop in a snap, but it’s not the same. And when you lock into different parts of the air… that’s the best way I can describe it, the locking is much different with 48 kHz low/high pwm.)
Very useful tips, specially "doesn't involve any roll" and "trust gravity". The most difficult part for me is still the timing of the 180º yaw spin, I can't consistently replicate rotating exactly 180º.
Damn U Rock these birds Patrick. I am a proud subscriber of U .. a shitpilot myself, halfway learned 2 fly my craft, ... & now thinking (too early, 4 sure) about tricks. I Will keep an eye on U, always ... RESPECT

No way, I can actually do the trick pretty easy in the Sim, 1st trick I'll try to learn on my new Flipmode 8s but I'm betting in real life will be very hard. I'm still struggling to get the Dolphin 🐬 😫 😂. Awesome flying as normal. Thanks buddy.
Nice tutorial bro.. i like it.. by the way, what if, someone start it with split S and than Yaw, ending with matty.. does it counts barani? Thanks bro 🔥
@@bitorekin8015 thanks man. I would say that the split s to yaw to matty is a different trick. The barani starts with the powerloop. But it sounds like an awesome combo anyway! I’ll give that one a try 🤠
Nice flying as usual! What camera angle do you fly? Also, I fly by pinching the gimbals but I’ve noticed I feel slow with certain motions. I feel way less precise using my thumbs. Do you have any thoughts on that?
@@midnitejesus thanks! I fly 30 degrees. And in regards to pinching/thumbing you are not alone. Many people have the same issue. I never did pinching, it felt weird to me so I did what was natural - thumbs. Many people say it’s less precise but if you stick at it over time you can learn to be more precise. I would say that you will get used to either with enough practice so it doesn’t really matter. But for me personally I went with the most natural feeling
I saw vanover I think it was do a barani into a trippy spin around one of the poles holding up the horizontal, does that have a name? that was sick. lol
@@fpvchrissyboy4180 but Chrissy doesn’t do mattys…? 😆😜 it would be sick if you tried though. Seeing as you seem to be able to do matty flips occasionally without any practice at all I’m sure you’ll be able to nail this one without practice too 😂
@@edicionesDB9 correct! If done too quickly you will quickly end up crashing into the ground. This is why practicing a quick transition into the yaw spin is so important. You can do a slow yaw if your transition is fast
