I love the house !
I see the bones and just add my personality and needs to it. I love the room with 2 beds. It's perfect for twins. And the guest room is spacious. The fireplace and stone accents are my favorite. The winner is how every room is spaced. Even the bathrooms. So easy to organize and keep clean and yet simple.

This is a wonderful set up with the exception of the kitchen sink which is located in a very awkward place. A sink in a corner is a nuisance as that was where mine was located at one time. It was very inconvenient. But I love the rest of the house.

Floor Plans to show! Where….no measurements…..have a look at the competition! This sure did not win me over despite the outside views.
The gray really is gloomy and passé now. A home should be bright and happy. Also, too chopped up. Love the white kitchen and pantry room, tho you cannot open the refrigerator door in this placement.
I don’t like the kitchen sink in the corner- too cramped kitchen sink. Could you flip the kitchen so the sink is under the window on the other wall?

Nice with changes. Bad kitchen design. Would level bedroom wall & redo pantry & laundry room utilizing extra space from bedroom. Colors can be selected at time of finishing by the owner. These are just examples.

Some nice features, but quite an odd layout. The pantry and laundry rooms seem awkward and so many windows, especially in the master bedroom, I don’t want to feel like I’m in a fishbowl. Also, guess I missed the door to the back patio.

This house includes many features that one might look for, though for me, a fireplace isn't one of them. Open fireplaces are expensive to build, very inefficient for heating, and checking with a number of people who have them they are rarely used. But they look pretty in videos like this. One change in the plan would be to alter the entry so that it directs guests to the living area rather than the bedroom wing, but still including a place to hang coats and a bench for removing footwear. I like the generous laundry and pantry spaces as well as the porches.
If you look closely we have more than one entry door, but thanks for always supporting and appreciating. Your support keeps us improving

2200 sq ft? No kitchen sink? Where would it go on the plans? Very nice floor plan. Love the Master Suite and the bedroom large enough for 2 beds.

I have viewed many Studio 93's designs and this one is very good. Room in large pantry for an upright deep freezer = excellent change. To me, this would be the perfect one-story house IF ONLY the back wall were about four feet deeper allowing for a large kitchen sink below the kitchen window.

Very gloomy house with all the white, browns, and grays. Also hate two separate beds in a bedroom--that space is useless. Most people need a space to work with a desk. The kitchen has too much white and will be a pain in terms of cleaning and upkeep. The best part of the house is probably the laundry room and the porch.
