    Agreed, thinking about making a shift and perspective since every call is definitely different and being adaptable and could maintain and develop being a very genuine and authentic in all dealings with your conversation it's all about the lead prospect at the end of the day ....

    My Takeaways: You should adapt to your prospect. You should know their personality so that you will gain knowledge on how to handle them and ask a question suitable to them.😊
